firefly technique part 26

traveled to the east, he'd decide that a more open area would be needed in order for him to incorporate the final step into his technique, as he walked he would ponder <How can i pull this off? I want this to be a nearly unavoidable jutsu..." he'd think, by looking around the forest he'd see trees clumpered up butt to butt, they were insanely close to eachother which irritated him a bit, he needed an open area after all! Suddenly the boy stopped in one place...clumpered...close... he thought before he exclaimed

"That's it!" he said out-loud, the gigantic oxygen releasing greenery had sparked up an idea inside of his head, the distance between the trees was slim to none, and the closer they were to eachother the more they would enrich the air, he put that same concept into his jutsu, if he were to actually reduce the range of his technique than maybe he could get what he wanted! He'd need to think of another handseal in order to further develop this effect and enrich his technique.

The boy found a nice wide-opened area after some time of wandering around, the way he formed the seals this time would be different than all of his previous tries. He started with the horse, inbetween the fire based seals he would throw in rat dog and boar beofre casting the dragon seal, this would be the new introduction in his technique .When he finally finished up with the tiger he had already inhaled a large amount of air into his lungs, chakra would already start to brew in his stomach as he molded the energy in a different way this time.

Once again the "flame" was envisioned , the size, rate of which the flame danced and sparks were all there like how he wanted them to be , instead of actually increasing any of those this time he'd try and actually "brighten" his imaginary flame, this way he'd aim at reducing its range without hindering speed and size but actually creating something unique. It wasn't going to be raw fire power, he'd already gotten that down, and was proven in his previous try on the huge tree that wasn longer on this earth. The sparks that were symbolic in this jutsu of his were truly something that he pondered a lot about, what would happened if he molded his chakra into a different shape, a shape which would let the sparks glow so brightly that they would actually help him in securing his target?

He closed his eyes and brewed up the chakra a bit more, he would probably have one more try at this technique after this one, so he had no room for mistakes, by focusing on the colour of the flame he'd try and mold it further. Finally he'd lean forward and hunch his back , he'd tilt his head towards the only tree that stood in the distance, nothing was around it and night was setting in , with this attempt he'd both test how bright his jutsu would be and if its actual properties had faded,

Soryen opened his mouth as he aimed at the tree with his half-seal , his puffed up chest would slowly deflate and shoot out a medium sized fireball through his lips. The blazing ball flew at an amazing speed, the sparks were stronger than ever and it seemed like this was way easier than manipulating the actual size of the flame that the boy took such a long time to actually get down.

Just to be sure the brown-haired katana user hit his target he'd take a few steps forward, his deduction would come out true as just before the fireball hit the tree it's size would decrease significantly, it still managed to knock up that tree quite well and but it didn't really travel the long distance it usually did, the tree's damage would actually be a bit lighter than what he managed to pull off on his previous try. It was obvious that whenever the size of his flame reduced , so would its power.

Regardless, the  incredible light that his sparks gave off combined with the flame would be nothing as close as to as a blind, which in  combat combined with the jutsu's speed would lead to devastating results. Soryen squinted his eyes in exhaustion as he fell on his back and huffed and puffed for air, he'd lay down there for quite some time before attempting his third and final try.
