Start a day before the person's birthday you are celebrating. (You will be setting your birthday as the person's birthday, so a day later.)

During introductions, talk to an animal until they ask you for your birthday. Set it for the person's birthday.

Do the rest of chores.

Teleport forward and get your birthday cake in the mail.

3 Balloons are obtained via Redd at the pond on July 4th after 6(?)pm
