Trains ((Revised))

Trains:
The gravel was rough,
Beneath my feet.
It was felt very cold,
And I was beat.
I looked into the sky,
Looking at the moon.
How could she-
Die so soon.
I was filled with grief,
As I looked at her grim.
Her once blue her eyes,
Were looking so dim.
I got up,
Knowing the situation.
So I walked away,
To that train station.
It was where we first met,
So long ago.
Sitting on the bench,
Her hair a-glow.
Smoke came from the trains,
Long and grey.
Going up into the sky,
And far-far away.
I remember her,
Stepping out of the train.
Her dress so fancy,
But wincing in pain.
But this was a time,
Many years back.
I heard the whistle,
I took one step.
The light, strong and bright,
and taken over my sight.
I stood where she loved,
wishing to be with her.
I stood on the tracks,
as the train came forth.
I heard the brakes scream,
but that wasn't enough.
I stood still,
my will was tough.
The light, too bright,
soon turned dark.
