Pikachu being the best character in Smash Bros.

	Timson	Fox is 3rd in 64, 1st in Melee, 15th in Brawl
	Timson	so he's 2nd best

	Timson	Pikachu's weighted placement is a lower number
	StarCraft	Tier wise I think both of them has been in top tier at least once.
	StarCraft	If you consider SSB64 A tier as a top tier then yeah, Pikachu might be second best.
	StarCraft	But Pikachu isn't really that far behind.
	StarCraft	I personally think Pikachu should get raised on the Melee tier list by one or two spots.

	Timson	Fox, Falco, Puff, Sheik, Marth, Peach, ICs, Falcon
	Timson	is S tier
	Timson	A: Pikachu, Samus, Doc, Ganon, Luigi, Yoshi
	Timson	B: Mario, YL, Link, DK, Mewtwo, Pichu, Roy, G&W
	Timson	F: Ness, Zelda, Bowser, Kirby
	StarCraft	I personally think the Top 4 should stay as is.
	Timson	Jigglypuff beats both Sheik and Marth
	Timson	she also beats Peach
	StarCraft	I like the fact that is has made a huge jump since the first tier list.
	Timson	Sheik and Marth do better against the mid tiers though
	StarCraft	Pika's tier avg: .226 porportionally
	StarCraft	Fox's tier avg: .227 proportionally

	StarCraft	Just wondering but I personally notice that the second placer of all of the three Smash tier list seemly has potential of taking the top spot.

	Timson	the consensus is generally (I think)
	Timson	ICs have the most absurd punish game in the game
	Timson	but MK has better neutral options against characters
	StarCraft	ICs are annoying imo.

	StarCraft	Falco over Fox, meh.
	StarCraft	I've been hearing that Falco might be more potentially better but Fox imo can still get consistent wins and high placings at tournaments.

	StarCraft	Plus there is a huge shit load of Foxes from California anyways.

	StarCraft	Personally when it comes to combos and recoveries, Pikachu does better than Kirby.
	Scr7	kirby has a better matchup against falcon, but pikachu has more consistent combos and is much harder to edgeguard

	StarCraft	And then there's these Marths that can stop 20XX.

	Timson	he just needs to stop picking FoD
	StarCraft	And Armada is pretty much the only guy who is able to stand a chance against Mango.

	Timson	but he never wins on Stadium
	Scr7	i think m2k should pick dream land or stadium against him

	Timson	DL is a safer neutral for his Sheik, but Mango tends to beat him when he's playing well enough
	Timson	Sheik/Falco for M2K/Mango is more advantageous for M2K
	Timson	Sheik/Fox on DL is more advantageous for Mango
	Timson	Stadium is the new FD though :P
