  1. Sitting glumly in the corner of his absolutely horrid room, Ulrik looked past the veil of the reality of Valmasia, dry tears staining his cheeks. He was still depressed and saddened over what had happened with Eutan, and because of it he was petrified of the man, while as well as enfatuated with his power the man-beast had displayed. The level of mastery he had over the occult and cosmic and a plethora of different arts had Ulrik feeling weaker than ever, thinking that he'd never be able to achieve such feet of magical prowess.
  2.
  3. He kept looking into his mind through the reality that was his room. That was Mormegil. That was Valmasia... That was Eternia. He entered a world - or better said, the surface of a star. The radiation and heat did not burn him or affect him in anyway, and as he "stood" on the stars surface, he'd soon notice he was in fact, floating over it's dancing readioactive fires. He took a step forwards, and instantly fell, hearing a loud shattering sound as if he had just broken glass with the step he had taken. The flames embraced his body and gave off a warm feeling to the rest of his body as he continued to fall into the star.
  4.
  5. The flames continued to dance before him, bathing his body in those rich golden yellow flames until he felt as if he was going to be in this path into the star forever. It felt as if a few minutes had come to pass before he ran smack into something hard, metallic and cold. Ulrik scrunched up his nose before moving his head to instpect the metallic structure more.
  6.
  7. He placed his feet on it, the pull of gravity coming from it strong enough for him to stand on it like he would on regular ground. Doing so he began to walk around the perimeter of the metallic object. It was too small to be anything bigger than a mansion in size and width, seeing that it had taken Ulrik only a few minutes to walk around it. Having walked around it's perimeter, it also proved to show that the metallic object was spherical in shape. Ulrik raised his brow, soon beggining to hear voices in his head.
  8.
  9. He was already insane for a child, though never in his short life had he heard voices. Especially not such as these. They sounded like singing, and as it went on, it sounded more and more like one persons voice -- one /mans/. Ulrik shouted out as he stood on the metallic object, though nothing responded.
  10.
  11. The singing simply continued. Eventually, he awoke from his day-dream, shaking his head and rubbing his eyes repeatedly and blinking a few times. He wondered what that singing was, more over, who it was.
  12.
  13. Was it 'A'?
  14. (Ulrik Haruke)
