  1. Fidelity openly admits to the destruction of the portal and the deaths of three individuals from the fire plane. However, she offers the following testimony:
  2.
  3. "These events were not performed in a vacuum, nor with malicious intent, and neither were they unwarranted. The Fire Plane's advances into our plane were not only invasionary, but they had launched a campaign to rid our world of the threads connecting it to the last shred of magic remaining, as well as the source of magic itself. You are likely well familiar with the story of the Tiefs and how they savaged their home realm, the Plane of Magic. Most on our world are not. Planar affairs are largely buried in dusty tomes well out of the public eye. What is less known, however, is that the Arcane Plane still exists, after a fashion. The last of the Earth Giants, among them As The Sun Peaks Through The Trees, The Yellow Bird Begins Its Song, fashioned an artificial plane from which magic could continue to flourish. Imperfect methodology was applied, but so it stands, because of the giants' sacrifice, our world continues to benefit from magic. The invading army sought to destroy the last giant, the plane, and the garden in which an entrance portal hence is housed. The military would not see reason, and sought to force itself upon our lands and eradicate every last shred of magic, with or without our consent. My actions saved lives and an irreplaceable resource, as well as preserved the last efforts of a people who wanted to undo the crimes of the Tiefs."
  4.
  5. She testifies the truth of, to the best of her ability, everything regarding the Arcane Plane, Yellow Bird, the sacred trees, the Dulrasa as a planar people, and most whatever she's asked about. She has a lot to say about the Sacred Trees, even, going on about how their destruction through the Mana Burners has dwindled the world's magic supply, which in turn causes the very destruction the trees are known for.
