That's the definition from Urban dictionary..pretty weird you are ignoring the first 6 defn. on the website and then concentrating on the trollish ones.

Now, kindly go and explain to the black people that niggar is non-offensive.

The bottom line is this - 'a moderator should not have used those words.' He has apologised and so it is fine with me personally but it was a very offensive comment. So, even though I accept his apology, please don't try to convince me it was in good taste.
