ToR
(01): - Download The Onion Router Expert Edition From:
      ( https://www.torproject.org/dist/win32/tor-0.2.3.25-win32-1.exe )
      Install The Onion Router Expert Edition.
      - Download The Onion Router Vidalia Browser Bundle.
      Install The Onion Router Vidalia Browser Bundle.
      Run The Onion Router Expert Edition as an Administrator.
      You can now route your internet traffic through ToR by binding your application to Socks5 Host @ 127.0.0.1 on Port 9050 through the application proxy settings.

VPN
(02): - Download OpenVPN From:
      ( http://openvpn.net/ )
      Install OpenVPN.
      Run OpenVPN as an Administrator.
      Download VPN Certificates from your VPN Service Provider. This part is extremely important because you need to choose the right VPN Provider, it
      needs to be a provider that does not log any activity so make sure you read their ToS, Privacy Policies, etc before choosing the right one.
      For the sake of this video however I will be demonstrating VPNBook Certificates to show you how to setup a VPN.
      Route traffic through the VPN.

(03): - These simple proxies are useful for quick ban evasions and other things. You can get a list of proxies from HideMyAss.com and other providers.

Secure, Encrypted Communications over Multiple Networks, such as, Facebook, IRC Networks, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, etc.
(04): - Download Pidgin and OTR ( Off The Record Plugin ) From:
      ( http://www.pidgin.im/download/ )
      ( http://www.cypherpunks.ca/otr/binaries/windows/pidgin-otr-4.0.0-1.exe )
      Install Pidgin and the Off The Record Plugin, start Pidgin and Enable the OTR Plugin
      Add accounts from different platforms.
      - Download Gajim XMPP/Jabber Client From:
      ( http://gajim.org/downloads/0.15/gajim-0.15.2-1.exe )
      Install Gajim and Enable the OTR Plugin.
      Add Jabber account(s).
      - Download Skype4Pidgin From:
      ( http://code.google.com/p/skype4pidgin/ )
      Use the Skype4Pidgin Plugin for Encrypted Messaging across the Skype Network.
      - Download Simple-Text-Encrypter From:
      ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/simpletextenc/files/latest/download )
      Use Simple-Text-Encrypter To Encrypt Messages with a Randomly Generated Encryption Key.
      Since unfortunately the OTR Plugin does not work for Group Conversations you can use the Simple-Text-Encrypter-
      executable to generate a random decryption key, you then give this key to a member in your Group in an OTR session,
      and to each other group member in an OTR session, then you create the group and start the call through Pidgin --
      your voice is already encrypted and each member has the Randomly Generated Encryption Key; Encrypt your Text with-
      Simple-Text-Encrypter executable and paste the Encrypted blocks of Text into the Group Chat, now each member will-
      need to copy the Encrypted Blocks of Text and Decrypt them with Simple-Text-Encrypter -- This executable uses 128BIT-
      AES Encryption Algorithm, but since this code is not Open Source DO NOT allow this executable any Inbound/Outbound-
      Connections through your Firewall.
