  1. Time to try and get our act together. This thread is an organizational tool to help people see what needs doing and whats been done.

  5. 1. Do not write an analysis on something that has already been reserved/started/completed. A notification will be made if an analysis becomes out of date or has been abandoned and is in need of a new writer.

  7. 2. Don't abandon analyses. It creates problems for everyone and impedes progress. Just don't do it.
  8.  
  9. 3. Include a skeleton in your analysis. The skeleton makes it easier for the QC to look over your analysis and find things that need improvement. Writing a full analysis first is OK, though not recommended, just remember to include a skeleton along side to help speed up the process and get your analysis checked through faster.

  15. [COLOR=#00b359][WIP][/COLOR][/B] - Though WIP skeletons are not encouraged, if you must post one, use this tag so that QC will know that you are still working on it.
  16. [B][COLOR=#00b359][Skeleton][/COLOR][/B] - When your skeleton is complete and ready for QC checks, use this tag and QC will be able to approve your skeleton if it is good.
  17. [B][COLOR=#00b359][Approved][/COLOR][/B] - When your skeleton has been approved by [B]3/4[/B] QC and you are writing it up, change your tag to this.
  18. [B][COLOR=#00b359][Grammar][/COLOR][/B] - Once you have completely written up your analysis, change to this tag so a Grammar Patrol member can give your analysis a final check
  19. [B][COLOR=#00b359][Complete][/COLOR][/B] - Use this tag once a QC member has checked your written analysis and approved it.
  20. [B][COLOR=#00b359][Available][/COLOR][/B] - If you have abandoned your analysis, I will change the tag of your analysis to this one and either reassign it or put it back on the reservation list

The QC is here to go through each analysis and find where it needs improvement, and to assess the general quality of the analysis to make sure it is up to par with standard before making it official. You should heed the QC's advice as they have the final say into weather or not your analysis is approved. If you are interested in becoming QC, rate some analyses and contact me!
