-Tur Loc-Maethor-

  The Tur Loc-Maethor are practitioners of a staff fighting technique
known as the Loc Ecsuram. Training in the technique produces a
heightened sense of awareness. The fighter learns to sense incoming
threats, react to them with retributive strikes, protect his companions,
and in some cases, even ignore pain entirely.
  By spending numerous human lifetimes becoming 'one' with their Loc,
a Tur Loc-Maethor is able to weave power, speed, and even magic into a
harmonious but formidable display of power.
  Training in the Loc Ecsuram is only available to those of Elven
heritage.
