"Good Day, KSG~!  Wahaha~!  I'm Misha!"

"Of course, of course~!  This station wouldn't be much with only me~!"

[Starting off with our Birthday Corner, there is an anon celebrating today.  They're hoping for a... Good Day, so everyone wish them a happy one.]

"Wahaha~!  Happy Birthday, Anonymous number TWO~ FOUR~ THREE~ NINE~ TWO~ TWOOO~ FIVE~ ONE~.  IMAGE NUMBER ONE~ THREE~ FIV- Oh~!  Director told me to segue to breaking news with Hanako.  Okay~!  We now go live on the scene with breaking news in KSG!  Hanako~?"

Hanako shows up on screen, standing before a wide, very casual-looking room, with many nondescript people wandering around behind her.

"H-hello... this is... there's not much happening here, but um... oh, the th-thread count is going to reach a thousand soon.  It's a big milestone and lots of people have been talking about it."  She turns to the people and points a finger at the closest one.  "A-anon, what are your thoughts on this?"

Anon steps towards her and shrugs.  "Me?  I just got here.  What do you people even do here?"

"I... I dunno..."  Hanako looks to the side, shaking a bit.

Anon shows his teeth.  "If I play, how long will it take to nail you?"

"Wh-wha, I-I uh.."

He takes more steps towards her, raising his hands and moaning deeply as the camera cuts out.

"-Oh dear~.  We seem to have lost the feed!  She'll be all right, don't you think so, Shii-chan?"

Shizune gives her a flustered stare.  [I told you, call me Shizune on-air.]

"Wahaha~!"  It's fine, Shii-chan, everyone loves it!" Misha yells out in a shrill voice, raising her hand in the air while standing up.  "Show the graphic!"  A mostly pink-colored bar graph appears on the screen.  "Studies show Shii-chan favored three~to~one~.  Can't argue that, huh?  I'm afraid the people have spoken, Shiii-chan~!"

[Let's just go to Ibarazaki, live at the track.  Emi?]

"Huh?  Am I on?  OH, sorry Shizune, didn't hear your hands there.  Not so many new stragglers, but a lot of the long-time runners are still going strong.  I'm proud- wait, where are they?"  Emi scans the track area for a moment, soon spotting a table covered with a huddled group of sad individuals.  "Ugh, they're all in tears again?  What is it this time!?"

Emi regains her composure and faces the camera again, brushing back a loose lock of hair.  "It uh... looks like these boys are planning another game of theirs.  Check back in a bit, eh?"

"Will do, Emi, thank you~.  I went running with Emi once.  Nearly had me throwing up!  She'll work your glutes hard!"

Shizune taps on the desk.  [And now, we go to Weather Before You Work with Mrs. Satou.]

Lilly tilts her head forward in a bow as she shows up on camera.  "Thank you, Shizune.  Good day to you, KSG.  We've got thick snowfall in the greater part of Canada," she gestures towards an empty coffee cup, "while Texas is sitting at a comfortable temperature, great day to go to the park down there.  That's all for your local weather, back to you, Shizune and Misha."

"Commercial time~.  Wahaha!  We'll be back after this~!"  Misha sighs to herself after the camera goes off, fanning herself with one of her notes.

Shizune swiftly grabs the note from Misha's hand, looking it over for a second before slamming it onto the desk.  [There's not even any writing, you just drew a bunch of hearts!  Have you been improvising this whole time?]

Misha turns to her to sign back, voicing her words as usual, even though the rest of the crew has already vacated the room.  "I like hearts~.  And, I thought we did pretty well.  Didn't we?"

[Don't give me that, this whole thing is screwed up, everything's a joke.  There's no point in any of this.  We should just stop now.]

"Whaa~?  But..."  Misha scrounges deep within her mind for a means of protest.  "But, wouldn't that be giving up?"

[It's not giving up, it's canceling something that was a bad idea from the start.]  Shizune gets up from her chair, gives Misha a nod, and storms out of the room.

Shizune rests her back against the wall of the studio's rear wing, idly shuffling Misha's note between her fingers.

Before long, Misha shows up in front of her, panting a bit as she begins to sign.  "There you are~.  Look at this!"  She shoves a pair of documents towards Shizune's chest.  "Our ratings are climbing rapidly~!  I think everyone really liked it, including everyone else here at the studio~."

Shizune takes the papers, looking them over, then taking a few moments to think.  She folds the papers neatly under her arm.  [You were right.  I wasn't thinking.  I don't plan on giving up, though.]

"Right, right~," Misha responds while giggling.  "Come on, then, we're gonna go live soon~."

"Welcome back, KSG~.  Now, to our Storytime segment, we got a ju~uuicy new publication, here!"  She holds up a stack of papers, smacking them vehemently with the back of her hand.  "It's got me, see, and it's got Hanako, too~!  Except I have a penis~.  Wahaha~!"

Shizune readusts her glasses quickly before glancing at Misha out of the corner of her eye, her mouth in a grin.  [Tell us, Misha, how long is the penis?]
