She snuck into Chicago Pride Parade, stripped off her dress, started her video & ran naked in front of Rahm Emanuel. Afterwards, she started making plans about how she would help various Chicago community projects like the Chicago Community Bond Fund and the National Lawyers Guild, among other projects. Donating most of $250,000 to help fund the fight for social justice in Chicago would bring about positive change to many lives but Alki David has remained silent about paying out, speaking only through his management company to Chicagoist, saying there are suddenly additional criteria.

It appears that this billionaire is changing the terms of the payout for his dare after @Jacqrabbitt accomplished it. Alki David has the means and ability to pay up which, by enabling @jacqrabbitt to fund social justice projects, would end up vastly improving the lives of Chicagoans.

Now, Alki’s management company representatives are saying that @jacqrabbitt didn’t meet some criteria that he never stated publicly and that was never published in TimeOut Chicago or other press coverage. Alki retweeted the press coverage and posted it on his Facebook page without adding the additional criteria. @jacqrabbitt risked arrest & fines completing his dare. Alki has yet to reach out to her for a conversation about whether or not she will be receiving the money she earned for streaking the mayor.
