- Hi *******,
- Unfortunately, we do not allow Apps related to our games to be shared publicly (even if its free). This is due to a few different issues - including licensing problems and copyright and trademark infringement. The website (http://netrunnercards.info/) you mentioned is actually infringing on copyrighted material owned by both FFG and Wizards of the Coast, LLC by posting full card scans of the Android: Netunner LCG cards, and we will most likely be contacting the website owner to discuss. Just to clarify - it's the digital scans of the cards, rulebook text, etc. and basically any art, logos, or design that we worked on that causes something to be infringing. So, a general database where people can upload their own personal files would be fine because it wouldn't have our logos, titles, brands, art, game design, etc. on it.
- I'm glad that you asked before putting all that work into something you couldn't share with other people. I love Android: Netrunner, too (I demoed it at GenCon last year and just got another friend to buy the core set so I have more people to play with), and I'm sure it's frustrating not to be able to put your skills into supporting something you love.
- If you have any other questions about intellectual property use of our games, please let me know.
- Thanks and happy gaming,
