- The royal sisters rejoice at the safe return of their star pupil. She had returned with tears in her eyes and a hole in her heart.
- Twilight Sparkle had successfully completed her task in returning her crown to her world. The last piece of the elaborate puzzle
- had fallen into place. Equestria was free from harm.
- The true purpose of the crown will never be known to Twilight. She will wear it under the guise that it holds magical powers.
- There is, however, nothing significant about it. It was a play piece. Like a dog fetching a bone, Twilight had fallen into the
- prophecy exactly as planned.
- The truth of the prophecy, or lack thereof, will never fully be revealed to the pony princess. It will forever remain under cover
- of the night, and the day. The royal sisters had long been aware that Anonymous did not belong in their world as much as Anonymous
- knew this himself. He had made due, until that moment. Living each day, similar to the last, he experienced things he could never
- quite comprehend. An eternity in this state, the sisters decided, was not suited for even the strangest of beings.
- As time drove on, Anonymous began to seek more answers. Most answers he sought did not exist. Finally, concluding his quest for
- answers, he received the greatest aide of all. By exiting the world painfully, though thoroughly, he had inadvertently removed any
- and all unknowns from his previous reality, to the distress of his closest friends.
- Events taking place took their toll on everyone involved. The royal sisters, who had worked on the portal for years in secret,
- would bear the tragic truths for an eternity. For they had planned the entire 'prophecy' themselves, since the arrival of Anon in
- their world. They knew immediately that he was a danger to not only their world, but to himself as well. Putting together their
- brilliant minds, they deduced exactly what needed to be done, however sinister it may play out.
- Luna, in secret, had enlisted Sunset Shimmer, an ex-student of Celestia. She was tasked with playing the part of an evil-doer,
- thus disguising the true purpose of the mirror and the world beyond it.
- The plan was simple. Devised cleverly to match what every day life may actually be like in Equestria for a human, it played out
- exactly as expected. The royal sisters had no time to admire their handiwork. They couldn't. Not while they anticipated the end
- result with fear. Anonymous' actions needed to be real. Or, that is to say, his actions needed to appear as real as possible.
- During his stay, he had nearly broken the secrecy by contemplating free will. The sisters worried. Though nothing ever truly came
- from his philosophy, the thoughts of the dissolution of their plan shook them harshly. It was at that moment that they began
- toiling for longer periods of time.
- The time had finally arrived to set the final pieces in place. The mirror had been completed. Sunset Shimmer had spent weeks in
- the new world, acclimating herself, and developing a natural appearance. She had built up her reputation, just as Celestia had
- instructed her to. The moment had arrived for Anonymous to fulfill his part of the plan.
- Unknowingly, Anonymous had chosen the nearest location to the mirror imaginable for none other than a little camping trip. He had
- no idea what would be in store. He was content in believing he'd spend the rest of his days in Equestria.
- The disappearance of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, the arrival of Twilight and her friends, and his proximity to the castle were all
- alluding to the end as it neared. His decisions felt real. The princesses knew he'd end up going through the portal, however, they
- forced themselves to believe that the events transpiring were all voluntarily performed by Anon. They themselves had to play a
- part, in hopes that their actions would quickly lead to their finale. They had to play the fool.
- They were confident that upon his arrival in the new world, Anon would find a guide and be able to start anew, safely. There were
- many unknowns surrounding the world beyond the portal, though the knowns in their own kept them going. Anon needed to be in the
- next world to truly accept the terms of his fate, and, the fate of all of Equestria. His love for his friends, and for Amethyst,
- was strong enough for him to carry out the necessary duties. The sisters knew this.
- The plan's finale consisted of two key parts. The first, was to get Anon out of Equestria entirely. This would prove to be the
- easier of the two. Since they knew he would accomplish this himself, they sat back and played their roles to a tee. The second
- part, was slightly more tricky. It required Twilight to remain strong enough after hearing this news to recover the faux crown
- from the enlisted Sunset Shimmer. Shimmer had been isntructed to 'not go easy' on freshly heartbroken Twilight. It was key that
- Twilight rebuild her confidence after her tragic loss of Anon, for her future royal duties required it.
- After the final leg of the plan had been enacted, the sisters took a sigh of relief, only to be reminded that the prophecy which
- they had claimed arrived from the future was truly their own doing. It was necessary to pull down the curtain and obscure their
- dealings. They could not be viewed in a bad light. These events needed to take place, and as a result, someone had to take the
- fall for it all. It only made sense to the princesses, to allow Anon himself to take the fall. The final plunge into a world from
- which he could not return. The pony sisters were fully aware of the weight they must carry with them for all time thereafter.s
- heard, "It reminds you of Warhol".
- Luna never explicitly states what purpose the change in her dream was for, but Amethyst knows full well it was for her benefit.
- Unbeknownst to Celestia, Luna had aided Amethyst in pursuing Anon. Without a second so spare, Amethyst is jarred awake by a vision
- of the portal. With every hope that it hasn't been destroyed, she rushes to the train station and unloads her life savings of bits
- on the platform. "Get me there, NOW" she exclaims to the captain. The train sped to the castle on her dime.
- Amethyst sneaks though the guard posts and crashes though the castle doors. With a lightning pace, she rushes to Celestia's
- quarters. The top floor is completely barren, as if staged. Luna was behind this. She was aiding Amethyst in every way possible.
- Without any hesitation, Amethyst rushes toward the large, horseshoe shaped mirror and dashed directly into it. She is ejected into
- the new world, landing promptly on her face into a spacious lawn of plush grass.
- She hasn't landed near the school. Instead, she had landed near a commercial district. Arranging herself into a seated position,
- she gathers her wits and tries not to lose her focus. It's a difficult task, since her entire body had morphed. The shape wasn't
- unimaginable. She recognized it almost immediately as something human. Control came difficult, but she eventually stood up.
- Peering at her surroundings she began her search for Anon, only now realizing there was something in her mouth. It was sweet, and
- minty. She liked it, so she kept it.
- Anonymous had been jogging for miles. Not much concerned with his future, he continued, waiting for something to fall into his
- lap. With a stroke of luck, exactly that happened. He had bumped into a young woman in the street. The contents of her mouth, and
- his hands, litter the street. The young woman notices the drawing and quickly snatches it up. Exceeding all odds, she had already
- found him. She blushes and begins to shake. At that moment, she remembers what Luna had said. "You mustn't let anyone know who you
- are, or where you've been." Doing what came to mind, in attempt to disguise who she really was, she speaks; annoyed: "Seriously?"
