  1. Alright so basically this is just explaining savewarping in RaC:ACIT.
  2.
  3. When you hit an unskippable cutscene or planet the game fades to black and starts to load it. When the screen is fully black there are a few seconds when you are still able to play the game before the cutscene plays and the next planet loads. At this point you can pause while the game is saving. You can then exit to main menu and start a new game or load an existing one. Once the cutscene is over you will warp to where you cancelled the fade-out. This is very similar to Delayed Cutscene Warping in Banjo-Tooie.
  4.
  5. The only known use for this is to skip straight to Azimuth. After defeating Nefarious, the screen fades to black and it starts loading the Great Clock. Cutscenes are loading screens in disguise, so we can abuse this by pausing and quitting before the Nefarious death CS starts, and then start a new game. Once the intro cutscene is over, the game loads the Great Clock. But because we cancelled/delayed the Nefarious death cutscene, the game gets confused and loads Great Clock Landing Platform (the area before you fight Azimuth) instead of Great Clock Sector 1 like it should. You are now at the final boss fight with only 7 seconds counted in the in-game timer.
  6.
  7. The only issue is, obviously, if you do this with a new game file you'll be at Azimuth with only 10 health, no armor, no bolts and only a V1 pistol as the only weapon available. So that makes beating Azimuth virtually impossible.
  8.
  9. If there is somehow a way to replicate the effect with an NG+ file, then this will actually be a thing. Otherwise, this can be forgotten.
