  1. Power Armor CYOA: United Era
  2. Concept Idea: http://pastebin.com/nFaQnKYv
  3.
  4. In the year 1977, alien pods fell from sky without warning to Earth. After much confusion and devstation, it was discovered that these pods contained the key to military dominance, Power Armor. By the 1990s, suit pods were falling by the hundreds every few months. It was a mad dash between the world's country's to claim the pod first and develop their next Powered Armor. Suddenly, at the end of the century, the pods stopped coming to Earth. The power of the various countries of the world revolved around suits. The constant supply of new pods kept the world in an uneasy peace but the sudden stop caught the world by surprise. The world which was balancing dangerously close to the precipice of war finally took the plunge and the Lost Decades began. In the chaos of countries collapsing under nuclear bombardment, various factions rose up and fought to unify the Earth under their cause in the Unification Wars. These brutal wars were brought to a sudden end with the appearance of a massive floating structure which began bombarding major cities and releasing swarms of soldiers, robots and vehicles that targeted any humans they could find. The war torn Earth had been invaded by aliens. These aliens were not the source of the pods and had different technology altogether as well as what seemed to be magic. Because they never removed their armor, no one knows what they really look like. After a long and difficult war, the Invaders were eliminated and the Earth Federation formed by the various factions during the war out of desperation ruled the planet. After the war, the United Era calendar was put into place and humans began reverse engineering the Invader technology to expand into the rest of the solar system.

  6. UE year 11, scientists make a startling discovery. The ship that caused so much devastation was only a scout sent ahead of the invasion fleet and the rest would be coming in at least 50 years. This information started a much more militaristic and iron fisted Earth Federation that sought to prepare the entire solar system for a defensive war against a dangerous foe. The years of preparation saw many independence movements, terrorist groups and conflicts rise up and be put down. Finally, in UE year 68 they came. Humanity however was ready and fought bitterly against the invaders using every weapon they had. Two years later, UE 70 is where we are. Both sides are now in a stalemate. The Invaders’ slower than light supply lines and reinforcements cannot keep up with the casualties while humanity is getting more and more divided as morale plummets and more pyrrhic victory are won by the Earth Federation. In the midst of all this, terrorist and groups thought to be eradicated long ago are being reborn and Invader sympathizers are attacking the Federation from within. You are a pilot in this chaotic world and with your suit, you will forge your own destiny and the future of mankind.
