Here's a quick write up for how to make a bingo file for Breath of the Wild:

You'll want to avoid picking up ANY items.
Once you get out of the Shrine of Resurrection head straight for the Tower without picking anything up.
Once the Tower is done do the shrines in any order you like. However you need to do the Bomb Shrine before doing Stasis.
For traversing to the Cryonis shrine and to the Stasis shrine you will want to make manual saves when you are on 1/2 heart remaining and then Game Over. When you continue from the Game Over screen you will respawn where you saved with 3 hearts.
In the Stasis trial you can move the ball at the end with 2 bombs so you won't need to pick up the hammer.
Proceed to the top of the Temple of Time without spending your soul orbs, collect the Paraglider and make a manual save.

Once you make a save on top of the Temple of Time so long as you never manually save again you will always have that file.
If for some reason you have damage taken when making the save; jump off the temple and continue from Game Over. You'll respawn at your save with full hearts again and once again make a manual save.
