He took care of any orphaned bug-type Pokemon that he came across, as he was an orphan in life. He was a Dragonite in life, driven by greed, which is how he became trapped in the stone. The other 107 spirits in the rock sometimes lash out, but most of them have been calmed and sent to the afterlife through his efforts.
Weapons: Spells, mainly pure-energy balls and his uncanny calming effects often allow for peaceful discussion where it would otherwise be impossible.
