ActRaiser - SRL Rules

Simulation files start the timer when the player confirms their name selection.  Professional/Action mode files start the timer at game start on the main menu.  The timer ends when the player loses control of god after defeating Tanzra.

For specific Act goals, the timer ends when the player loses control of god after defeating the boss of the last required Act to beat.

SNES9x 1.43 and ZSNES are banned.
