  1. First Encounter Assault Recon Comprehensive Rank & Point Guide
  2.
  3. This guide will detail not only experience points required for each rank, but also the purpose and ability each rank possesses.
  4.
  5. Welcome to the ranks of FEAR! Be sure to wear a uniform, set FEAR as your primary, and attend FEAR events for Experience Points [EXP]. Captains, Majors, and Officers are expected to begin leading and receive Leadership Points [Lp] if they wish to progress further.
  6.
  7. [Points]
  8. Experience Points: Exp is the basic point award for FEAR. If you preform well at any activity you should receive a small compensation of Exp.
  9. Leadership Points: Lp is a highly prestigious point awarded only between the ranks of MAJ-OFF.
  10.
  11. [Low Ranks] - In these ranks Experience point requirements are low and you should advance quickly through them while learning the basics of the clan.
  12.
  13. Recruit [REC] - No requirement
  14. At Recruit you are FEAR’s basic soldier. Recruits are standard fighters and if proven to be capable will quickly rise through FEAR’s ranks.
  15. Private [PVT] - 4 [Exp]
  16. At Private you are one step farther in your career in FEAR. You have begun to learn your way around our Fort and group. You are expected to start behaving as any proper soldier should by acting mature and kind to comrades and superiors.
  17. Corporal [CPL] - 9[Exp]
  18. At Corporal you are becoming more experienced, however you are still at the beginning of your learning. Corporal is easily achievable
  19. Specialist [SPC] - 15[Exp]
  20. At Specialist you are more than halfway through the low ranks. Thus you are expected to be upholding of FEAR’s core principles of Honor, Courage, Commitment, along with maturity and integrity.
  21. Sergeant [SGT] - 24 [Exp]
  22. At Sergeant you are nearing the Middle ranks. At this time you should become more experienced at fighting and starting to watch key leaders within the clan. Experience point differentials become higher now as you are advancing as a leader and a soldier. You can also now apply for Replica Forces!
  23.
  24. [Middle Ranks] - In these ranks members of FEAR are expected to begin to become future leaders. You should be skilled in your speciality along with dedicated to the clan. Leadership points are introduced late in the rank process.
  25.
  26. Lieutenant [LET] - 40 [Exp]
  27. At Lieutenant you are nearing Major which means you should start to become aware of how to properly lead your comrades. While at Lieutenant you don’t have very much power in terms of leading raids or trainings, you are on your way to becoming a respected leader.
  28. Captain [CPT] - 65 [Exp]
  29. At Captain you are expected to become one of the great leaders of FEAR. Keep focusing on whatever skill brought you to your current rank in FEAR, whilst now working towards a new point called “Leadership Points”. From Captain to Major only a few are needed as your leadership skills are not expected to be at their prime, however as you start out they are rare and hard to earn.
  30. Major [MAJ] - 100 [Exp]
  31. Majors are a step below Officer and most respected soldiers that have earned their way up the ranks should be filed here. At Major you will enter FMA and will take classes along with hosting events supervised by 2-3 other Supervisors+ to gain Lp which will allow you to advance further in FEAR.
  32.
  33. [Leadership Ranks] - These are ranks which can host events. Leadership Points are mandatory to achieve these ranks.
  34.
  35. Officer [OFF] - 180 [Exp] 25 [Lp]
  36. Officers are role models, exceptional soldiers, and leaders of FEAR. Officers are expected to be the face of the community and should represent the clan in the best possible way.
  37.
  38. {High Command} - These are the decision makers of FEAR. If something is to be done or asked by a low rank they should be directed towards these members.
  39.
  40. Colonel [COL] - N/A
