WE DID IT.

After figuring out how to get Him.txt (though not figuring it out first), we came to the conclusion that Him.txt was NOT "2 of 6", but simply "2 of many". I figured, and agreed, that 2 of 6 was probably another map.

After that, our resident master puzzle solver TexRipley spent some time on the mask with the clock/wheel on it, having come up with the letters IWEK. It was at this point it occured to him, after trying every combination of letters, to change the caps, giving him IweK.

Put in to STools, he unlocked morse.gif from the mask with the wheel thingy on it (threes2.gif).

However, the morse gif consisted of large, blotchy dots and dashes that didn't line up in any conceivable order. We where stymied until mEP took the use of masks literally, then using MSPaint (tool of champions), managed to remove the excess white pixels, giving us something legible that translated to "Insidious".

I determined that, coming from morse code, Insidious must be the password for the mask with the morse code on it (Fives2.gif). This in turn unlocked Maptwo.gif (or, our Second of Six maps.).

We all quickly determined that maptwo had to be applied over the mask that had the letter grid (fours2.gif). This gave us the letters that resolved to SQUARE, which gave us a text document with additional alternate letters to accompany U and V, E and N.

U=0230
N=0181
E=0197
V=0191

This allowed us to (using alt+num codes) tranlate the gibberish on the last mask (twos.gif). Which gave us the word "Uneven", solving all the mask puzzles and completing Test #2!!

Now we have Test3.txt, which tells us when to expect the next test:
