Rules:
best of 1 Smogon Doubles tournament
this is NOT a VGC tournament.  There are several differences between VGC and Smogon Doubles - mainly 4v4 for VGC and 6v6 for SD
no loser's bracket
only sign up if you can stay for the entire tournament
Don't change your name without informing me and your opponent
Save battle links/replays, just in case
for the love of God, don't put prem's name down again...
