(1:03:28 PM) Kalga: LAST TIME, ON #EXALTED: You went to a Warstrider Parade. Reana is riding Vai('s Warstrider durr hurr). Everyone stands in a line next to the new warstriders, 4 Red Jade, 2 Blue Jade, and one White Jade. Vai's Orichalcum Warstrider stands out among the crowd. I mean...it's got a Lunar sitting on top of it. There is a huge stage, with Essence powered speakers and a podium and a lot of fancy stuff.
(1:03:28 PM) Kalga: A woman steps onto the stage. Most of her body is covered by a large cloak, only her head is exposed. Her blond hair is held back by the strap of an eyepatch across her forehead, which covers her left eye. She taps the mike, and it responds. The addresses the crowd: "Today is a very special day. We have been given seven new Warstriders by the Deliberative.
(1:03:28 PM) Kalga: The other six you see are the famed Gens Sentai and their leader Eight Ma- Oh. Sorry. The Red Jade one is the leader, Eigth Master Vai is the Solar ruler of this country." Anyone with a radio on the Warstrider frequency would hear Kan yelling about it. Anyway blah blah speeches blah blah boring, blah blah warstriders. Time for concerting! Except Kaleo ain't here, so it's just going to be a bunch of solos by Kyrk. :V

(1:09:01 PM) ***Kyrk strolls onto the stage, sanxian in hand, it's hooked up to the speakers. His armour shimmering in the light and his black curly hair dangling over his shoulders, "Good day Unspecifiedistan!" He shouts to the crowd, pumping his fists. A man sized target floats above the crowd, Kyrk points and with a deafening roar a blast of fire spurts from his mouth, the target pops in a spray of fancy colours and fireworks. (4m, fire dragon roar.)

(1:09:38 PM) ***Vai facepalms at "Unspecifiedistan," mostly to hide his laughter.

(1:11:32 PM) ***Kyrk holds his Sanxian over his head and starts playing, a loud heavy metal solo amplified so that everyone around can hear it, he slowly brings it down to his waist and brushes off a sombre chord. The music slows to a gentle solo pleasing to anyone listening to it. A series of higher pitched bends send him off into a lively rock solo that lasts for a few minutes before he breaks into one of his more famous songs.

(1:14:05 PM) Kyrk: His set over, Kyrk shuots down another few floating targets that explode to spell the word 'PhaBulous', the name of his employer and thier logo. He throws his sanxian up in the air one more time before unhooking it and walking off the stage, to anyone able to see him, a glint of sadness in his eyes. The shows over and hopefully everyone was pleased with it.

(1:16:39 PM) Kalga: Kyrk's preformance was awesome. There were probably pyrotechnics involved. As soon as he sits down, a hoarde of fangirls decends upon him. They all want him to sign stuff, you know general rock star stuff. Meanwhile: Nariana looks down at the comm. Her strider takes a step back and she flicks on the microphone. "Um...V-Vai? I've got something to tell you."

(1:21:16 PM) Reana: From her position, perched on the top of Vai's warstrider, Reana notices him and waves vigorously to attract his attention! "Yuu-huu!"
(1:21:25 PM) Vai: "Reana," Vai's voice rings from inside the warstrider, "What's he doing here?"
(1:21:54 PM) Reana: "What do you mean, what's he doing here. I thought we were having a festival."
(1:22:00 PM) Kalga: He looks up, confused for a moment. Then he sees Reana. He waves back. "Rea! It's good to see you!" MEANWHILE: Kyrk is getting mobbed by fangirls. DexDodge to escape thier sexy clutches.
(1:22:54 PM) Vai: There's a low growl in the cockpit.
(1:23:30 PM) Kalga: They make a path for the flaming guitarist to get off stage.
(1:24:29 PM) Reana: "Come on, he's a fun guy to have around, you can't deny it." Reana whispers inside the helmet.
(1:25:27 PM) Vai: "...This means I have to be nice for a few hours, doesn't it."
(1:25:42 PM) Reana: "You should be ALWAYS nice, Vai."
(1:26:12 PM) ***Vai sighs, "I guess it could be worse."
(1:26:30 PM) Kalga: The cockpit of the Blue Jade Sentaistrider unhooks itself, revealing Tina in a suit totally not designed by Full Metal Panic. She jumps out of the cockpit and lands out the ground. Tina bounds over to Ma-Ha and hugs him around the shoulder. He laughs and hugs her back. "Your kids seem to like me, Vai? Why don't you?"
(1:26:47 PM) Reana: "Yes, he could decide this is the right chance to score with you. If he didn't do that yet, i mean." It's... not clear if Reana's joking or serious here.

(1:27:26 PM) ***Kyrk approaches everyone, a roaring flame surrounding him and making sure that no one comes near. He waves.
(1:28:27 PM) Kalga: Ma-Ha takes a step back, Tina going with him. "Kyrk! You're...on fire? Well okay then. How's your sister? She still hot?" He laughs. Tina lets go of him, and looks up at her father. She almost seems like she might talk.
(1:28:29 PM) Reana: Then, Reana slides down the helmet of the warstrider, falling down the body and landing on the left foot. "I'm surprised to see you came! I thought you were busy."
(1:29:15 PM) Kalga: "Oh, I am. Terribly so. But how could I miss an opertunity to see you again? It's been /ages/. I can't very well work /all/ the time, can I?"
(1:29:28 PM) ***Kyrk smiles, "Hiyo. Uh... I believe she's still hot, I've not seen her in a long time."
(1:30:11 PM) ***Reana chuckles as she walks over to him and give him a reana-brand welcome hug, fully aware that he "works" just as much as she does.
(1:31:30 PM) Kalga: He hugs her, only sort of grabbing her ass with one hand. He looks over to Kyrk. "Oh, really? Why not?"
(1:31:53 PM) ***Vai 's eye twitches.

(1:33:09 PM) Reana: "What am I missing?" She turns around to Kyrk, surprised (and seemingly oblivious to the groping). "I didn't know you had a sister."

(1:35:38 PM) Reana: "Oh. I'm sorry." she seems concerned. "Is it all right?"
(1:36:37 PM) Kyrk: "I think she's alright? Her husband is rich enough, so she should be fine."
(1:37:12 PM) Reana: "No, i mean, with you." She adds, looking a bit worried for him.
(1:37:16 PM) Vai: Ma-Ha, you seem to be doing well."
(1:37:50 PM) Kalga: "You really should talk with her more. I saw her and her husband at this one gala. She looked quite nice." He looks at Vai. "Ah, Vai! It's been just as long, maybe even longer!" He pulls Vai into the Reana-Brand hug.
(1:38:25 PM) ***Kyrk nods, "Me? I get paid enough for the work I do."
(1:39:01 PM) Reana: Reana smiles and nods to the DB, making a mental note to self about looking into this matter later
(1:40:03 PM) Kalga: The rest of Gens Sentai starts coming out of their warstriders. Nariana unzips the top half of her non-FMP-Inspired suit. Underneath is a tank top the exact same colour has her hair. She walks over to the group. She crosses her arms under her chest, and glares at Ma-Ha. He pretends not to notice. "You do too much work, though. How many albums have you put out this year? Six?"
(1:41:08 PM) ***Kyrk turns to the cuddle-puddle, "I'm glad they're doing well, Ma ha. Thanks." Though he's cheery enough on the outside theres a dullness about his every action. "I think... It's about 8, maybe up to 10."
(1:41:14 PM) Reana: Reana boggles. "SO MANY?! I only did, like, one a year, tops two sometimes, sometimes less..."
(1:41:59 PM) Kyrk: "Thats a slow year for me really, Reana. I've been taking a lot of downtime."
(1:42:13 PM) Kalga: ("Because of a certain Lunar.")
(1:42:41 PM) Reana: "Why are you working so hard, though? 10 albums a year..."

(1:44:45 PM) Kalga: Nariana pouts. "I don't overdo anything...I just do lots of work."
(1:45:01 PM) ***Kyrk nods and smiles, "I've been working like this since I was 15. I'm fine." Theres no honesty in that last sentence.
(1:46:11 PM) Reana: Reana sighs, leaning against a warstrider leg. She's clearly equal parts worried and pissed off at all those hardworking-types.
(1:47:45 PM) ***Kyrk smiles and continues to quietly strum a tune.
(1:48:45 PM) Kyrk: "Did you speak much to Gerrane, Ma Ha?"
(1:49:41 PM) ***Vai is just hanging around with a smile of blank enthusiasm on his face, like he doesn't know why he's there but he's happy to be around.
(1:50:09 PM) Kalga: He thought about it for awhile. "A little. It was mostly just plesantries though. I really didn't know her, it was her husband I know." Nariana stands next to Vai, her face the picture of angers Vai would be without CMF active.
(1:51:27 PM) Kyrk: "Ah, did he say much about me?"
(1:51:48 PM) Kalga: Ma-Ha shook his head. "No, you didn't come up."
(1:51:53 PM) Reana: Reana glances towards her daughter, standing there, for a handful of seconds. She pulls herself up. "Well, how does the parade continue? Are we gonna have a party? I kind of assumed there'd be something like that..."

(1:53:07 PM) Kalga: Miria, who's suit was similarly modifed (except hers was just unzipped half-way, airing out her chest), called out to Reana from atop her warstrider. "Yeah, it's just down the way."
(1:53:53 PM) Reana: "Awesome." She smiles and streches a bit. "Let's hit the tables. I wonder who else there'll be."
(1:55:00 PM) Kalga: Ma-Ha laughed. "What, expecting to see Lilith at this little parade thing?"
(1:56:30 PM) Reana: Reana's smile dies down a little. "...I'm not sure if i should hope for that or not."

(1:57:41 PM) Reana: "I don't know. I don't see her all that often... lately, almost not at all. And when I do she seems always so sad."

(2:28:26 PM) Kalga: She takes a step back. "General Aravalli Siachen." She takes another drink. MEANWHILE: A girl, who looks like a Fire Aspect of about 15, walks up to Kyrk. She holds out a pad. "Can you sign this? You preformed excellently today."
(2:29:45 PM) Reana: "Reana." She says simply. "Thank you for your work, today and always. Kan must be very proud of you."
(2:30:20 PM) Kalga: She sets the drink down and salutes, the orichalcum hand still wobbling.

(2:36:54 PM) Kalga: She takes it back, and starts to walk away. She spins around. "Oh! This woman wanted me to ask you something. I forget what her name was: But she wanted me to ask if...if...If you're still an idiot? I don't get it, but that's what she asked me."
(2:37:30 PM) Kalga: Aravalli stops saluting. "Oh, m-my hand? I lost it, w-w-when I exalted." She picked the drink up, and brought it shakily to her lips.

(2:51:56 PM) Reana: Well, now the atmosphere is certainly warmer. She gently puts the glass back in her hand, and pours another one for herself. "So." She asks, in a lower, somewhat conspiratorial tone, timing the question just right (i.e. when Siachen's mouth is full of liquor) "Do you like Kan?"
(2:52:52 PM) Kalga: Instead of spitting it out, like Reana no doubt planned, she swallowed it hastily. "W-What!?"
(2:53:46 PM) Reana: "Impressive self-control." She notes with a smirk, dodging the question at the same time.
(2:53:53 PM) ***Kyrk sits down, motioning the little girl to sit too. "In 150 years thats the first hug, even by proxy, my sister has given me." He lauhgs, "Kinda... Funny really."

(2:56:34 PM) ***Kyrk leads on his palms, his legs foldeds and his elbows atop his knees. "I know she probably didn't mean for you to hug me. But hey, even rock stars have dreams."

(3:11:38 PM) Vai: "...And remember, be sure to balance the pH in the soil, you don't want it to acidic or nothing will grow but snakebloom and scrubgrass." Vai takes a moment to wave at Reana. He looks like he's enjoying himself.

(3:17:22 PM) Kalga: Caena looks around for one of the Sentai. She finds Tina and brings her back. "You're telling me you don't know anything about this girl?" Tina waves at Kyrk.

(3:25:21 PM) Kyrk: After a swift duck stands back up, "Sanxian has been my life for 150 years, I've missed out on a lot of things. This lovely womans habits for example." He clears his throat again.
(3:25:40 PM) Kalga: Tina walks away after slapping him. Caena watches her go. "...Well." She goes of seaching for another one. She returns with Miria. "What about this one?"
(3:26:44 PM) ***Vai looks at his drink, swirls it in the glass a little, and pours the rest of it into Reana's glass.
(3:26:47 PM) ***Kyrk stares at her, opens his mouth and raises a finger like he was about to speak, then stops, "Yeah, kid, I got nothing."
(3:27:51 PM) Reana: Reana shrugs and gulps it down. "Full of interesting people today, don't you think?" She asks him, idly watching what the heck Kyrk is doing.

(3:28:32 PM) Kalga: Miria just walks away. Caena sighs. "Nothing at all?" She ran away. Finding Nariana, she returned. "Okay, her! You must know /something/ about her!"

(3:34:49 PM) Kalga: "And all you know about me is that I work a lot." Ma-Ha puts an arm around the shoulders of both Reana and Vai. "What are you two looking at?"
(3:35:43 PM) Kyrk: "Yep." He sighs and sits back down, looking up at the sky.
(3:35:51 PM) Reana: "Kyrk and a fan of his are either rehearsing a stand-up comedy routine, or..."

(3:37:19 PM) Kyrk: "I know." He replies like a school child being told off for the thousandth time.
(3:38:34 PM) Kalga: "Good." That's probably because this is the thousanth time Nariana's told him. Ma-Ha looks on with interest. "Rea? Why is your Water Aspect daughter so an- Nariana, that's her name!- angry?"

(3:39:27 PM) ***Kyrk turns to the little girl, "Anything else you need to know, Caena?"
(3:39:56 PM) Reana: "The problem here is not just between Nariana and him." She lenas on to Vai, whispering: "There's another hyperactive overworkedr we have to take care of."
(3:40:15 PM) Kalga: "...I see. I could do...something...to /fix/ that. :3" Caena thinks. Then she points to Vai and Reana. "Name one hobby each of those two have."

(3:41:53 PM) Kalga: Caena nods. "Okay, you pass that." Nariana looks down at Caena, and leaves. Sighing. She's spent to much time here. She starts heading down the path to her Warstrider.

(3:45:18 PM) Kalga: Nariana tries sneaking past her parents to get to her warstider, while Caena continues to bother Kyrk. Ma-Ha: "How can she be so angry with Rea for a mom?"

"Ladies and gentlemen, might I have a moment of your attention please?"

"It's a bit sudden, but I'm going to sing." She flatly states, ans the first notes of a soft, sweet and melanchonic intro start playing in the background.

(6:14:10 PM) Reana: She grins and slams her fists together.
(6:14:22 PM) Kalga: The tables shake a little.
(6:14:44 PM) Vai: "Right, first thing in the noon, I'll take a look at your contract, there should be some loopholes in it if it's that old."
(6:15:02 PM) Kalga: Kan, who had come at the mention of violence. "Just give it to Nariana and come back in a half hour. It's Nari, she can find a hole."

(6:18:19 PM) Reana: Reana grabs a corner of Vai's coat.
(6:18:25 PM) Reana: And looks at him with puppy eyes.

(6:19:28 PM) Reana: "...when you say things like that, you always forget or delay for MONTHS."

(6:20:49 PM) Vai: "Alright, I'll get some coffee and look it over."

(6:21:59 PM) Kalga: She's still in her stridersuit, book in hand.
(6:22:03 PM) ***Kyrk picks the sanxian out of Caenes lap and wraps his hands around his, then begins to play quietly.

(6:23:27 PM) ***Vai stands up and looks at Tina, "Are you going to make sure I just get coffee and don't pass out? In the sink? ... again?"
(6:24:27 PM) Kalga: She gives a thumbs up, holding the book in one hand.
(6:24:29 PM) ***Kyrk plays the music that joined a thousand nations!
(6:25:20 PM) Vai: "Alright, let's go."
(6:25:58 PM) ***Vai and Tina go to the kitchen. Vai brews up coffee that would... well it'd make a yeddim go bald.
(6:26:26 PM) Kalga: It's still better then almost anything Caena's played all day. Tina starts to pour herself a cup, but smells Vai's and thinks better of it.
(6:27:06 PM) Reana: Reana meanwhile loiters around restlessly. she has her mind set on something, but she has to wait vai and ffffffffff
(6:31:52 PM) ***Vai sits at the kitchen table, takes a few gulps of coffee out of his huge mug, and gets to work on the contract. The first thing he does is skip to the bottom and poke through the fine print, that's where they always get ya. Somewhere in there, there has to be something that would void the contract, some little loophole the execs wouldn't expect a musician to notice.

(6:33:21 PM) Kalga: Vai finds something that- wait no that wouldn't work. Tina puts a hand on his shoulder. "We could ask Nari. It wouldn't take that long."
(6:34:05 PM) Vai: "Hrmmm... You're right."
(6:35:02 PM) Kalga: Tina looks at her Personal Resplendant Assistant (or whatever watch-analogs are called, I forget). "She should be free."
(6:35:33 PM) Vai: "Okay, let's go." Vai downs the rest of his coffee.
(6:37:22 PM) Kalga: Two two head up to Nariana's office. She's dressed in her normal double-breasted suit, but no tie. And the top button is free. Odd. She is reading a file while spinning a pen in her hands.
(6:38:10 PM) Vai: "Hey Nari, I need some help with something, got a few minutes?"
(6:38:59 PM) Kalga: Caena tries to extracate herself from Kyrk's playing, but fails and accidently hits him on the chin with her head and falls to the ground. "Ach!"
(6:38:59 PM) Kalga: Nariana drops the pen and looks up. She hastily closes the file. She picks up the pen. "Y-yes? What do you need, Lord Vai?"
(6:39:46 PM) Vai: "I've got Kyrk's contract here and I'm looking for loopholes, he's been worked to the bone for 150 years and needs a break."
(6:40:52 PM) Kalga: She stands up and hurries over to Vai. She takes the contract. "Yes yes, I'll look into it." She pushes Vai and her sister out of the room and locks the door behind them. She sits down at her desk, adjusts her glasses and gets to work.
(6:41:10 PM) Vai: "...That was... odd."
(6:41:36 PM) Kalga: Tina nodded.
(6:42:27 PM) Vai: "Well, let's get back to the party."
(6:42:51 PM) ***Kyrk is still on the floor, teaching the little girl all about music.
