Testimonies/Alibis -
Pekoyama/killer; -claims she was sleeping and woke up early to check the surrounding. Tells Asahina not to check pool at 6 am because it is filled with garbage.
Celestia; -is claimed sleeping
Asahina; -claims she was sleeping but woke up early to get an early swim at 6am. Confronted by Pekoyama, saying the pool is dirty and proceeds back to sleep.
Hagakure; -claims he was praying to the spirits that this (mutual killing/kidnap) wasn't real
Ishimaru; -claims he was studying and slept with Hinata
Kirigiri; -claims she was sleeping
Hinata; -claims he was studying with Ishimaru and slept in his room also
Mioda; -was screaming death metal in her room all night to silence the buzzing
Sonia; -claims she was sleeping
Tanaka; -claims he was feeding the dark gods in his room and slept after.

Facts -

Body;
- Found in the pool facing downwards in a pool that's tainted red. On closer inspection, her neck is brutally slit; looks jagged. A stab wound is in her chest as well. Indent is present on the head. Long bruises also across parts of her body.

Pool;
- Water is tainted red with signs of suds
- Kitchen soap found in a nearby garbage pile. Looks used.

Hallways;
- Looks recently washed

Bathroom near boys dorm;
- Messy blood spots, toppled soaps and shampoos.

Cafetera;
- Faint splash of blood
- Chairs and tables in perfect alignment; almost on purpose.
- Knife is missing
- Sink is recently used; wet
- Kitchen soap is missing
- Crumbs near the fridge

Incinerator Room;
- Garbage bag found ripped open
    -on closer inspection, wet glass shard is found
- Charred note; "..to cafeteria.." is the only words distinguished. Also has spots of blood on it.

Hinata's Room;
- Drawer
    -on closer inspection, bloody knife is found
- Room is open and unlocked

Tanaka's Room;
- Crumbs


Series of Events -

1. Pekoyama, not wanting anyone to suffer from the motive, decides to start the killing herself.
2. Pekoyama writes a note that addresses Owari; "Owari, come to the cafeteria. I think I found something to eat. -Pekoyama."
3. Owari, obviously not being able to refuse that offer, proceeds to the cafeteria but finds no one there.
4. Wanting to help herself, regardless of the absence, opens the fridge in search of food.
5. With her behind exposed and preoccupied by the fridge, Pekoyama takes her sword and tries to knock her unconscious leaving the indent.
6. Obviously being a thick-headed person, Owari does not fall immediately and fights with Pekoyama, taking the lead and taking several hits from her sword. Leaving bruises.
7. Pekoyama, overwhelmed and disarmed, takes the nearest piece of glass, which happens to be garbage from the motive and slits her throat leaving the big spot of blood.
8. Pekoyama drags the body to the bathroom also taking a knife with her, leaving a trail of blood, and dirties the room with blood.
9. Pekoyama continues dragging Owari to the pool and throws her in but not before stabbing her in the stomach with the knife.
10. Now, to get rid of the evidence, Pekoyama takes the wet shard of glass in the cafeteria and cleans it with soap and water. Leaving the sink wet.
11. Goes to the incinerator room, throwing the shard in a nearby garbage bag and tossing the note in the incinerator.
12. Taking the soap, she cleans the blood however possible, but the one in the cafeteria is too thick so it leaves a spot.
13. Also cleaning the blood in the hallways, she overdoes it and leaves a really clean hallway all the way to the pool.
14. Having reached the pool, she leaves the empty soap in the nearby garbage pile, so it doesn't seem off..
15. Taking the knife she stabbed Owari with, she goes to Hinata's room (who's studying and spending the night with Ishimaru) and leaves it in his drawer.
16. Tracing back any forgotten evidence, she tidies up the cafeteria. Chairs and tables in alignment. She then proceeds to bed in wait.
