Balance Changes
-A hard cap on the number of spreadsheets Fake Snack can have open has been added and set to 100. Previously during an autistic fit an infinite number of spreadsheets was possible which was not intended.
-Fake Snack adjusted to Low Tier to reflect this change.
-Reduced Cobe's gaming done by 90%.
-Adjusted Fake Snack's hitbox.

-Fixed an issue that caused Aerobatics' timbs to become scuffed.
-Fixed an exploit allowing Dragorik to stutter hard enough to crash the server.
-Fixed an issue causing Relan's dress to be rendered in the wrong color.
-Fixed an issue in which Snack was mistakenly flagged as Danish instead of Swedish.
