Foxtrot To-Do List:
- retrain/train FTL's (weekly trainings)
- From now on FTL's go through training first

- implement the "Fireteam number sistem" (each fireteam member is a number)

- Country or Dingles for SL (perhaps tell them for a bit of ravelry)

- removal of FRO due to the size of the unit

- suggestions from meetings

- more strict with effort -> a period of time for FTLs and SLs to prove themselves after training (keep the rank/back to old rank)

- Anderson in stead of Nielsen
