No, they aren't. Let's break down what's included.

• Premium - can be obtained via currency conversion
    - +10% experience in monster battles
Man, if you think an XP boost is P2W, I don't know what to tell you.
    - +20% stamina for ground and aerial skills
The stamina bonus only works when you're out of combat.
    - Ability to yadda yadda...
Seriously? The NPC to toggle this is right next to where you want to use it.

• Scroll of Exploration - can be obtained via currency conversion
    - Unlimited wing's durability and mount's stamina
    - Free teleportation and faster movement granted daily
These perks save you money, but it's such a negligible amount in the grand scheme of things - teleportation is a matter of a couple hundred/thousand tokens, and you have that amount by the time you reach level 3, to summarize how absolutely negligible that perk is. The stamina boost is also negligible.
    - All mounts from your inventory inherit the speed of your fastest mount
    - All wings from your inventory inherit the speed of your fastest wings
It's quite nice to be able to have the ability to choose which wings/mount you'd like to use without concerning yourself over the speed of said item. Literally cosmetic only considering you need to already have said item.

• Scroll of Wisdom - can be obtained via currency conversion
    - 15% more experience from Hot Springs consumables
The Hot Springs is an AFK leveling system. 15% more EXP would give you about 50-200k more EXP per day, and going from level 44 to 45 takes 3,193,583 EXP. Yeah. The extra EXP is insignificant.
    - 30% more PvP experience
    - 30% more Guardians' faction points
    - No losses in daily Aptitude conversion
The PvP experience, Guardians' faction points and Aptitude conversion perks are negligible - you don't need these benefits to get the most out of said things, and if you're leveling via PvP, you need to do something else with your life because that's the dumbest shit possible.

• Scroll of Combat - can be obtained via currency conversion
    - Unlocks additional preset of character attributes
    - Unlocks additional preset of skills
    - 5 free dungeon respawns per day
The respawns are the only decent perk, although you still get daily respawns regardless, it's just that you get your first 5 for free. Additional presets for skills and attributes can be bought using reputation with about 5 dailies' worth of currency, so there's no real reason to purchase this scroll beyond having extra respawns.

• Starter Pack - can obtain each pack ONCE per account via currency conversion
    - Starter Helper Pack
You're going to outlevel the gear incredibly fast, and everything else is easy to obtain in-game.
	- Emerald Experience Pack
Nice bit of money here, but again, nothing hard to obtain in-game. Same with everything else included.
	- Fashion Pack
Purely cosmetic.
	- Decisive Force XP Pack
This is the pack that many uninformed players think is P2W. While it does give them a brief advantage, it is just that: brief. The items contained are significant, but easy to obtain if you've been improving your character via gear and skill morphs. Don't be intimidated by this pack.

Cryy is known for having inaccurate videos, or videos missing information. For this particular video, it's the latter - there's three different ways you can obtain Magma Phlogistons, also translated as Suzaku Souls: 1) You can use a Suzaku Rune from the Fairy Hotel Beaver to turn 2x White Tiger Soul (Argent Phlogistons) into 1 Suzaku Soul. This rune can be purchased once a week; 2) Drops from Misty Hollow dungeon on Hard Mode and God Mode; 3) Drops from Deserted Shrine dungeon on God Mode.

Yes and no. Virtually everything in the cash shop can be obtained in-game via in-game activities, and without too much hassle, and everything else (Premium, scrolls and fashion) can be bought by converting your gold to cash shop points. Chinese players have actually complained about not being able to buy as much power as in other games.

The drop rate depends on the difficulty of the dungeon, with Hell Mode having the best drop %.
