  1. Main characters:
  2.
  3. Name: Greg (his actual name is Gregory, but everyone just calls him Greg)
  4. Age: 22 (and around his late 30's/early 40's when jaime's story happens)
  5. Height: 171 cm
  6. Species: Cat, siamese breed.
  7. Sexual orientation: Straight
  8. Body type: lean
  9. Favorite color: red
  10. Favorite food: steamed mussels
  11. Favorite type of weather: Sunny, more or less the weather you'd have on a city thats near a beach.
  12. Any Canonical relationships: His family (they live on another island), Lillian (girlfriend), a few other ocs that help him on but i didn't finish making them yet.
  13.
  14. Profile: He is a siamese cat, is 22 years old, and is sort of a more reserved/laid back guy, but gets better as the story progresses. Lived a mostly quiet life, but always heard the fantastic tales about his grandpa (from the man himself) when he was a kid. Works on the docks, helping unload the cargo of small ships, lives in a dorm/apartment for dock workers (came with the job). Always wished to be just like him, but began to think that it was impossible, and that his grandfather's tales were mostly fantasy once he grew older, regardless, he still bit the bullet and left home to discover what happened to granddad (to his father 's dismay). He wants to actually do something with his life.
  15.
  16. Gets a job on Lillian's shop after he is fired for picking a fight with a ship captain, and ends up moving to a spare room in her house (and later on, her room.) after he is kicked out of the dorms/housing for the dock workers. Feels bad for only "taking" things from lillian and not contributing (he actually contributes though), wants to make up/compensate for this somehow (see story ideas).
  17.
  18. his traits:
  19. *knows how to fight pretty well
  20. *is a great cook
  21. *is more on the thin side, but muscular
  22. *his weapon of choice would be something like a cutlass or a falchion + a side arm (a pistol, a buckler or maybe an armored glove)
  23. *his weak point (for petting) are his ears.
  24. *has patches of black fur on his ears, hands, feet and his crotch.
  25.
  26.
  27. Name: Lillian
  28. Age: 20 (and around her late 30's/early 40's when jaime's story happens)
  29. Height: 169 cm
  30. Species: Cat
  31. Sexual orientation: Straight
  32. Body type: Chubby-ish.
  33. Favorite food: steak and roast potatoes.
  34. Favorite type of weather: Warm and windy.
  35. Worst thing that has happened or will happen to them: Will end up seeing greg get beaten up a lot. Also probably kidnapped (and rescued).
  36. Any Canonical relationships: Her family (they live somewhat close), Greg (boyfriend), a few other ocs that help him on but i didn't finish making them yet.
  37.
  38. Profile: Enthusiastic, big hips, kind of a nerd. Lived a small bit of her early life in a navy base, with her mother and her stepfather being the only relatives around, wouldn't meet the rest of her family until later, when she moves to verisport.
  39.
  40. Now the owner (and sole employee, until greg shows up) of her dad's old antiques shop, and used to entertain of going on a "big adventure" like in the old tales about swashbucklers and heroes, but never got the chance to do so thanks to her rather protective parents, so spent a lot of her time reading. Some people call her lilly. Wanted to keep greg around and help him because he is her best friend (even if they don't know each other THAT long), and pretty much her only friend that is around her age (at least on the island/city). Not to mention both have a very good chemistry.
  41.
  42. Met greg when she asked him to help her carry some stuff to her shop during his lunchtime, and after that she invites him for lunch back at her shop. Spends one or two years with him before going on the adventure, this happens after greg finally finds a new lead on what may have happened to granpa. Didn't believe the story 100% at first, but decided to go after it with greg anyways since he is her friend/boyfriend. Of course said lead is fruitful, more than both expected, and they finally go on their fateful journey.
  43.
  44. Her traits:
  45. *enthusiastic and a bit naïve. friendly.
  46. *knows a lot about history and some other trivia
  47. *is pretty strong physically. can swing around a big axe (think of the regular greataxe from dark souls) with relative ease.
  48. *likes when greg gets flustered.
  49. *weapon of choice is a big axe/sword/hammer
  50. *really likes how greg gets when she touches his ears too much. or lick them.
  51.
  52. Erasmus: Owns a nice house, but is mostly old/falling apart due to him being almost broke (add a joke where a chicken falls from a broken piece of the wall). Gun enthusiast (starting weapon is a shotgun/rifle combination that he built out of random spare gun parts the villagers had), good at gun maintenance/gunsmithing, very skilled shot and demolitionist. He's also the team's best "talker"/diplomat, being able to act/chat his way out of a lot of situations (or make things far worse).
  53.
  54. Ran away from his problems: got in debt with a gang thanks to gambling, and started working for a RIVAL gang in hopes of either getting enough cash to pay it off or ending them, whatever came first, and wound up in a small village. Became famous there after "fending off" a group of criminals (they weren't evil, just kinda dickish and didn't know how to speak the local language. and all he did was convince them to leave/help them somehow.), but now he lost most of his money, and getting out of that daily grind (while making money on top of that) sounded like a perfect proposal for him.
  55.
  56. Traits:
  57. *Acts a lot like doc from back to the future (in other words somewhat dramatic)
  58. *enjoys drinking
  59. *you get the first boat when he is recruited.
  60. *despite his 'greedy criminal' background, he is a very noble man.
  61. *was most likely an actor (or training to be one) before turning to demolitions and hired guns
  62.
  63. Koro: Born alone in an island, he grew to be a wild and violent creature, but was changed from his dangerous ways after being defeated and forcibly introduced to the temple by a monk. Had to carry around a heavy bronze temple bell as a punishment, and wound up growing fond of the thing, uses it as a weapon. After that he became a full member of the temple, training and evolving as a fighter and 'elementalist', over his training discovering a special hability to generate energy similar to the minerals, and training to use it to its full extent.
  64.
  65. Over time his fellow monks died/passed away, some to unknown causes, others naturally, leaving him the sole monk left. After both a lonley and reclusive life, and after seeing his home torn down by Mikhail's lackeys, he accepted Greg and Lillian's proposal, joining them into their future adventures. Also bangs Chandelle after the story is over.
  66.
  67. Traits:
  68. *Slow talker, usually speaks with a odd vocabulary (i'll elaborate on that more)
  69. *Slowest-moving character on the team, but both his bell and elemental prowess give him ways to take things on ranged.
  70. *Arms have markings/scars due to the chains. Doesn't hurt at all.
  71. *Has a crush on the villain/recurring rival (see below).
  72. *the bell can conduct energies too
  73. *is a lesser legendary creature (full legendary creatures are mythical monsters and such)
  74.
  75. Villain/recurring rival: A large crocodile pirate lady, wears the jolly roger hat and all, loves the pirate-y motif. Was promised riches for working under the main villain. Is ruthless, but in a more comedic and not-downright-evil way (think something like risky boots and tron bonne). Is more of a mercenary than a ruthless thief, taking shady jobs and shaking down who gets on her bad side. Isn't outright evil, follows her own honor/law code, eventually joining the heroes once she discovers the villain's true motives.
  76.
  77. Strong and quick on her feet, but doesn't have super high health/defense. Fights using knuckledusters and boxing/wrestling moves.
  78.
  79. *snobby attitude, at least at first
  80. *very protective of her crewmates
  81. *loves sunbathing, moreso if she can do it in the buff (she's a bit into the whole nudism thing).
  82. *very proud of her muscles
  83.
  84. Traits/info:
  85. *Fights using brass knuckles/knuckle dusters, and her jaws.
  86. *ends up getting a bit of a secret crush on the turtle monk as the plot goes.
  87.
  88. Mikhail: Mostly cyborg, whats left of his body remains hidden. Was the boss alongside grandpa back when both were searching for the relic, but diverging opinions led them to become enemies. As the war broke out during their search, he saw the perfect chance to use the relic to overtake both sides of the war and take over control, creating a better nation.
  89. Big interest for engineering and medicine. Leads the band of villains.
  90.
  91. *Have a 'emperor zombie' tone to him
  92. *Starts out clunky, but as his body becomes more modern it moves more fluidly. Maybe go a bit grievous-esque at some point.
  93. *Wants to unite the world under his power, make a better society on of the ashes of the current one. Basically a "what we have is shit, scrap down everything and lets go back to the whiteboard because i have an idea." mentality.
  94. *Has big studies on the relic and the construction of prosthetic limbs.
  95. *weapons are a big-ass machine gun, an array of violent and advanced weapons, combined with his ever-growing mutations.
  96. *in addition to his constantly advancing machinery, his mutations also become stronger and weirder over the story, allowing him to use more and bigger weapons, not to mention weaponizing his own body aswell.
  97.
  98. Villain's assistant: A parrot (a macaw or maybe an african grey parrot?), highly skilled in medicine, but unfortunately he didn't have much of a sense of judgment of when a experiment was taken too far (paired with a certain interest in biological enhancements).
  99. Over the course of the following years, he gained infamy over his experiments, each one slowly becoming more macabre and bizarre than the other. The last straw was, in good intentions, a dangerous surgery he did on one of his teachers: saving him from a degenerative disease.... ...By grafting him and his pet octopus together, in one sapient abomination.
  100. Now relinquished by the authorities and everyone in general, he managed to forge his own death and begin a hermit/exiled life, performing his own experiments away from prying eyes. Said experiments were soon swept under the rug by the authorities, as they were better left forgotten.
  101. ...Until she discovered a mysterious being that washed ashore in his house.
  102.
  103. *obvious play at the "pirate's parrot"
  104. *fights with knives/scalpels hidden on his/her feathers
  105. *One of the few people the main villain truly trusts
  106. *usually acts in a calm, cordial manner.
  107. *both him and mikhail genuinely respect and care for eachother, both being men of science and crime, seeking to go where no man dared to and tap into powers from eras and gods that should remain forgotten
  108.
  109. -Secondary/supporting characters:
  110.
  111. "Ben" (big tiger guy): Behind his rather imposing looks and attitude, he is a caring friend and sort of a uncle figure for lillian, with a strong sense of comradeship. Doesn't talk much (again think of ben's style), and works as a blacksmith. Fought in the war/conflicts alongside lillian's stepdad.
  112.
  113. *really strong, fights using hand-to-hand combat and grappling
  114. *will work as the (or one of the) "gear upgrading station", at least for armor and certain weapons
  115. *worked on the navy before alongside lillian's stepdad.
  116. *is actually lillian's uncle.
  117.
  118. Peony (Lillian's mom): Cute and chubby tiger, slightly taller than lillian, does a lot of cooking. Always has those line eyes (think brock). Was from a very strict family, and wound up getting on a relationship with a sailor behind her family's back. Both agree to a "forced" marriage after her family finds out, but the city they live in is attacked, mom separated from the rest of her family (she believes they are dead) and her lover killed in action.
  119.
  120. Stumbling away from the ruins, she is rescued by the soldiers who finally arrived to help. With nowhere to go (and not knowing she is pregnant), she stays in a navy base, invited by a friendly scottish terrier man. Over time they bond and end up getting married (at that point lillian is like 8 - 10 years old, and already quite talented at building small toy machines).
  121.
  122. *Likes greg, they bond over cooking, and she just thinks he is a nice guy in general.
  123. *Loves her husband a lot, and deeply cares about lillian and the others.
  124. *Doesn't really do much in therms of plot aside from offering some emotional (and food) support.
  125. *Finds out about her family being alive after ben is invited over for dinner on their nice new house on verisport.
  126.
  127. Lillian's stepdad: Short dog guy (shorter than mom), scottish terrier, used to be an engineer in the army/navy/whatever. Good friends with the big tiger guy, interested in history and engineering, also the one who taught lillian a lot of her skills.
  128.
  129. *Is (or was) the owner of the shop. Takes over while the rest of the characters are out.
  130. *Helps upgrading certain items or specific objectives
  131. *Not playable.
  132.
  133. Lillian's biological dad: An absolute tank of a man, met Peony (lillian's mom) in a bar, him a youthful captain enjoying his glory days as a fighter, her, a rebelious gal not conforming to her family's annoyances. They bond, they bang, and they begin a life together, even if its laid upon rather weird foundations (lillian wasn't planned, but they welcomed her regardless). Unfortunately, when their home island was being attacked, he inflitrated the main enemy ship, and destroyed its core, sacrificing his own life to stop what would have been a massacre. His weapon is found by lillian later on the story.
  134.
  135. George (Greg's dad): At a first glance he seems to be a quiet war-torn hardass, but he is in fact a very caring man. Was in the navy, and harbors a good amount of anger towards his own father (aka granddad) since he always "kept him in the dark" about the stuff he did, plus grandpa also spent a lot of time away from them (which also made him give up on further advancing his military career in favour of being present as a father in his wife and son's lives).
  136.
  137. *enjoys fishing and outdoor activities
  138. *taught a lot of survival/outdoorsman and fighting skills to greg
  139. *was against greg going after grandpa's past, but the two patch up (and he accepts it once he sees it actually helped greg become more mature). greg thought he was mad at him, but in the end george was just worried that his son would go down the same one-way-down path as grandpa.
  140. *uses a spear and small shield as his weapons, both old world relics uncovered by his father (aka grandpa). the shield has magnetic proprieties, activated by banging on it with some object (usually the spear).
  141. *he was the original owner of the headband greg wears, considering it as a lucky charm after he managed to stop himself from bleeding out by using it as a tourniquet while he carried away a fellow wounded soldier to safety. after he retired from the navy he gave it to greg.
  142. *eventually greg gives the headband to jaime.
  143.
  144. Evelyn (Greg's mom): Middle daughter of a fisherman, had to take the reins of the family business after her father fell ill. Bonded with George while he was out of comission due to a nasty wound. A very hardy but still optimistic woman, married George as soon as the war was declared as over.
  145.
  146. Jaime: Film/photography enthusiast, and tough girl (a bit tomboyish, even). She's greg and lillian's future daughter, and is on her way to college. Has her own collection of weird movies, her favorite genre being horror. Quite good at the skateboard too.
  147. Part of her own 'angry' attitude is due to her being frustrated with not knowing where to go with her life, a good part of her character arc is getting over her rather 'antisocial' side and becoming more mature as a whole.
  148. Meets and becomes friends with Andrei after the two are paired together for a project, over time the friendship turns romantic (with the two becoming friends with benefits at some point before that).
  149. Age: somewhere between 18 and 21, birthday: 02/25/xxxx (feburary 25th).
  150. Species: siamese cat
  151. Favorite food: burgers and fish tacos
  152.
  153. Andrei: Jaime's best friend, moved in with his family to the city where she lives recently-ish. Generally has a very laid-back/chill attitude, which hides some of his own anxieties about life. Part of his character arc is becoming less passive/accepting of things (good or bad) and taking the reins of his own life alongside jaime.
  154. Big fan of sculpting and pratical effects, he makes his own masks and props as a hobby. He's great at the running/track & field sports, despite not being a huge fan of either. Bonds with Jaime over their mutual interest in weird movies, and eventually the two become much closer. He taught Jaime some more skateboarding skills too.
  155. Age: 19 to 22, somewhere in that line
  156. Species: borzoi
  157. * 8 inches of you-know-what
  158.
  159. Tiny: Jaime and Andrei's daughter. Short, lazy, and very creative she is equal parts a beloved gal and the family's troublemaker. Takes after her mother both in bodytype (albeit thickened by excessive snacking) and artistic sense, but is shorter than both, with very fluffy silver/white fur like her father. Enjoys pulling pranks and starting other antics.
  160. Age: around 18 - 20.
  161. Species: siamese-borzoi hybrid.
  162.
  163. Jeremy: Jaime and Andrei's son. Workaholic, dedicated and very talented with both numbers and words, he is a talented one. Also anxious. He and tiny end up butting heads due to their personalities, but when they stop being a pain in eachother's asses and put their skills together they become a powerful team. He is a borzoi, but sports shorter fur, and most of his mother's fur patterns (his hands are of the lighter fur color, but his ears, feet and *manly bits* are of the darker tone), about as tall as his father.
  164. Age: around 18 - 22
  165. Species: Borzoi-siamese hybrid
