  14. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the Philippines except employees of MusikWizard their families, agencies or anyone connected with the Prize Draw.

  16. By entering the Prize Draw you agree that your details including your name and facebook profile may be used to keep you informed about MusikWizard promotions, products and news. We may share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

  18. Each prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative. MusikWizard reserves the right to change some contents of the prize.

  20. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random. MusikWizard’s decision will be final. The winner will be notified via an announcement on MusikWizard’s Facebook page no later than Thursday 13th October 2016. The winner must claim the Prize within 7 days of notification that they are the winner. If the winner fails to claim the Prize within this period, MusikWizard reserves the right to award it to an alternative winner.
