-Bannings changed to Bans and Warns

-Accusations for accusations from players only. No staff punishments.

-No more admin reviews.

-Every warn given, a post is made for the player, included with screenshots. Any new warns are added to that thread. Staff MUST look for existing threads before posting a new thread.

-Admins must check the threads. generally we wont' need to do anything, but if any bans look problematic, we can discuss it in TL.

- Warns and Bans posted in Bans and Warns. Not in Accusations

- Players with three warns are banned with the reason "Warned three times, banned"
