Cannot take Logan's Loophole (not being able to suffer from withdrawal renders this run useless) nor Chem resistant

Food/healing rules:
Must always be drunk, when in withdrawal and without any alcohol left, you must go on a psychotic spree until you find alcohol or a bar
May only use stimpaks on boss fight situations.
Can't use fixer nor use doctors to cure your addictions.

Gameplay rules:
As mentioned above, when in withdrawal, you must go on a rampage, places that sell alcohol are a sacred place to you so you can't kill anyone at the Mojave Outpost,
The Strip, the Atomic Wrangler (Freeside for that matter as they won't sell you alcohol while Vilified) and Goodsprings
Can only acquire companions for their quests. Female companions must be killed afterwards. Bonus for killing Cass in Birds of a Feather
Cannot side with the Legion, they will be your enemy because they dislike alcohol.
Can only side with Yes Man, after all, you were always the caretaker for the Lucky 38.
Your best side will come out when drunk, so you can be as good as you want but only while drunk.
While at the Sierra Madre learn the Sierra Madre Martini perk ASAP and craft it in large quantities.
You must always sabotage any quest that gives you the chance to do it (ie sabotage the Rockets at REPCONN, tell Yes Man to put the Dam out of operation)
Bonus: Cannot listen to RNV or Mojave Music Radio, the Mysterious Broadcast will be your go-to station because that's what would be played at the Gold Room.
Can use any mods to fix the missing song issue.

(Optional) May use the Armored Pre-War outfits to enhance the looks without getting taken down so easily
