tried to order something online (because my mom's boyfriend was paying with his best buy credit card) first off, the website was down for a long ass time this morning. when it finally came back and I attempted to order the item about 6 or 7 times and each time it told me there was something wrong when nothing was wrong. then it tried to give me some free kaspersky shit that I didn't want but every time I tried to remove it from the cart, it would put it back so I was like "whatever I just won't use it" but to get the free download you have to have a best buy account, which I don't have. so I tried to create an account and guess what: failure to complete for an unknown reason. so I tried to call best buy customer service and their automated system completely shit out on me so I gave up there. turns out to keep the thing from coming back to the cart you have to already be checking out. I actually hate best buy so much
