3.3 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to effectively use discretion at a traffic stop based on the consequence of that stop and justify their actions.
3.4 [ ] Probationary Officer is able write a citation correctly for a traffic offense in accordance to the penal code.
3.5 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to initiate a lawful felony stop and demonstrate the procedure for conducting one - may be staged due to the frequency of these.
3.6 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to actively participate in a speed trap operation.
3.7 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to recognize an arrestable traffic offense (Vehicle Misdemeanors).
3.8 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to effectively initiate a vehicle pursuit - may be staged due to frequency, this covers the calling of the pursuit over central.
3.9 [ ] Probationary Officer is able to effectively do traffic control at any scene where a road is required to be closed or partially closed.
