- this hidden folder in Program Files can only be accessed by ending the explorer.exe process in Task Manager
- and then in Task Manager doing the following to restart it with admin privileges:
- > File
- > Run new task
- > Open: explorer.exe /nouaccheck
- > Enable: Create this task with administrative privileges
