  1. Ranger Archetype: Arcane Archer
  2. Imbue Arrow: When you choose this archetype at 3rd level, you can imbue your arrows with magical energy. Any arrow you fire is considered magical. As a bonus action, you may imbue an arrow to deal electricity, fire, or cold damage instead of piercing damage.
  3.
  4. Bursting Arrow: At 7th level, you can use a bonus action to imbue one of your arrows with the ability to explode in a flash of light. You may fire it at any point within range; it explodes when it reaches that point, or if it strikes anything during it's flight. This arrow deals no damage, but every enemy within 10 feet of it's terminus must make a Constitution save against your spell save DC or be blinded for one minute. On a successful save, they have disadvantage on their next attack. A creature who is blinded makes an additional Constitution save at the end of each of their turns; on a successful save, they are no longer blinded. Once this ability is used, you cannot use it again until you complete a short rest.
  5.
  6. Seeking Arrow: At 11th level, you can use a bonus action to imbue one of your arrows with a predatory instinct. You may fire this arrow at any target in range; you do not have to be able to see this target, only know of it's existence. The arrow alters its flight path, swerving around obstacles and even turning corners to strike it's target. This attack ignores cover and concealment, failing only if there is no path from you to your target. If your target has neither cover nor concealment, this attack is made with advantage. Once this ability is used, you cannot use it again until you complete a short rest.
  7.
  8. Oath Arrow: At 15th level, you can use a bonus action to imbue an arrow with the ability to instantly slay a specific target. You must be able to identify the target (by name, such as 'Gulthias the Vampire', or by description, such as 'the orc with the scar on his eye' or 'the owlbear that just tried to eat the wizard'.) If you strike that target with the imbued arrow, they must make a Constitution save against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the attack is an automatic critical hit. If the attack is a natural critical hit as well, roll the damage dice three times rather than twice. Once this ability is used, you cannot use it again until you complete a short rest.
