  1. Psionics nerf
  2. So, after a bit of math, the DMs have come to the conclusion that psionics in its current state is in a weird spot. It is way too strong around level 10-13, so there is a nerf to psionics.

  4. What we are nerfing is the impact intelligence and ranks has on psionics.

  6. Basically, you no longer add your rank to Psi rolls, and you no longer add your intelligence modifier to damage rolls.
  7. Psi rolls are now 1d20+INT. Damage rolls are depends on the power, but they no longer add INT to damage.
  8. You still add your intelligence modifier when you are determining max PP, and your intelligence also determines the max rank power you can use.

  10. Another rule, that isn't in the PHB yet: You can't put more than 10 skill points in each skill.

  12. None of this will be in the PHB until Lime edition, but it is going to come into effect now, before everyone enters. Players who are a part of Campaign 3 may redistribute their Ability Scores (Str, Dex, Con, and so on) until Act 1 Update 2.
