Notes:
- I suggest making the main page in static order, makes it easier to read.
- Directory Access R -public read RW- public read/write W- public write (submit only)
- Naming format ordered in terms of relevancy in order to increase ease of use
- Provisional Guides is to prevent less than helpful or confusing guides from being unwittingly followed, however if they are adept enough, people can still go and see guides that may have new info
- move original guides with & symbol to archive & create new ones with no discussion to use purely as admin pages
