  3. I want you to write anytime you start getting upset. I mean as soon as you start to feel bad. You're going to start telling me more about the little details that get you upset. As soon as you start getting upset you're going to open kik and just start typing. Don't delete stuff and be picky. Tell me everything. You might think it doesn't make sense, or that it doesn't matter, but I want to know. None of your problems are trivial. They all matter, and I want to know everything. Today you told me "I dont want you to know how fucked up I really am." That's exactly what I want to know. I don't think you're 'fucked up' but I do know you have problems. I want to talk to you about them, or at least know of them. I'm not like Chris, I wont get mad or threaten to call the police on you. I will only try to help. You're my little girl and I need to know whats on your mind at all times. The things I want you to include in the text are.

I don't know what I'm going to do about it. I don't want to fail, but I have no motivation to study for it. I just feel like I've fucked everything up."

  17. I want you to write down how you feel about everything in your life right now. All of it, everything you can think of. From your life at home, to school, to work, to our relationship. Just everything you can think of. Write down how you honestly feel about. All the positives and negatives.
