SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you'll work hand-in-hand with the creative team, designers and other programmers to create rich applications and out of home physical device interfaces. You'll be responsible for the front-end development of interactive projects and collaborating with a very skilled and passionate team of designers, developers and producers. You will have the chance to work on a variety of projects including (but not limited to) web applications for desktop and mobile, user interfaces for tools / CMS, games and out-of-home installations.

SKILLS & APTITUDES

— Apply your advanced AS 3.0 skills to rapidly develop multiple applications
Knowledge of modern Flash features, building reusable and well-structured.
— Excellent sense of aesthetic and motion (design, typography, UI, and interface design)
— Clearly mapping out projects & evaluating work within scope (UML a plus)
— Develop and present mockups and prototypes while working against aggressive schedules
— Strong debugging, profiling, and optimization abilities
— Knowledge of HTML5 (new semantics and JavaScript APIs, CSS3, WebGL, etc)
— Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing
— Experience using version control systems (SVN, GIT)
— Ability to identify and help resolve usability issues
— Exceptional attention to detail

GOOD TO HAVE

— GPU accelerated development methods (Starling/Stage3D) and GPU optimization techniques
— Experience using After Effects/ Final Cut Pro/ Premiere
— 3D Modeling and animation experience
— Experience with Cinder, OpenFrameworks, Processing
— iOS and Android development experience
— Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques
— Experience integrating with third party RESTful APIs
— Math / trigonometry / physics skills
