Do you understand M$ really sux ass at non-x86 architectures and browsers, and even RT and Infernet Exploiter 11 ain't gonna fix it?
Do you understand that now, in 2013, it's already easier to write cross-platform code from the very beginning, rather than a vir... monoplatform one? Although I marked PunkJS as Linux-only, I really meant it's Linux-targeted, beacuse in fact nothing stops you from compiling it to any OS that has gcc and libpng available.
Do you remember the "95%-rule" and the trust in Faildows is in fact based on nothing? Something has to tear this recursion loop.
I see no way how this madness could be stopped other than with boycotting anything related to M$: products of companies bought by M$ (e.g. Skype), being in a partnership with M$ (e.g. Nokia) and even any single piece of software built for their unter-OSes and unterbrowsers only.
And yes, my honest belief is whoever jumps into the mainstream cannot call themselves "underground". Hipsters, at their very best.
