  4. this exercise is design to calm your inner thoughts, at a basic standpoint, it is visualization combined with Pranayama-style breathing.

  6. Imagine your thoughts as suns, you may focus on one sun at a time or how many you like to do.
  7. Breathe in as deeply and slowly as comfortable, then let the breath out on its own, avoid forcing the air out, let the breath out be as natural as you can.
  8. As you let your breath out, visualize your thought (as the sun) turn more yellow as you let it out.
  9. Continue the breathing exercise, continue to visualize your thoughts to turn into warmer colors, from yellow, to orange, to deep orange, to red, to deep red.
  10. as the thought becomes darker, let it melt into the blackness of the background, figuratively or literally, it does not matter.
