If your poor you can just use your apartment doorknob for a +1 chokin (the score is measured by how many chokins you can get) The next could be like a sturdy wooden or metal bar bought for like 3k from HH. It can go up to even insanely expensive or hard to craft ornate decorative bars that give you like a +20 in chokins. What you would you do you'd buy a piece of rope, the fancier it is the more chokins you get. A simple rope is like the doorknob, just +1 chokins, but a flashwhip or a golden threaded rope, could give you +10-20 chokins.

	So you would make a noose with your bar/rope and hang yourself and start jerking off. As you hang yourself it would deal suffocation damage and the lower your health is/the longer you jacked off the more chokins you'll earn. So if you pussied out and stopped at 15/30 health then you'd earn 15 chokins, but if you went all the way down to like 1/30 health you could earn 29 chokins and then there'd  be a brag board to see who has the most chokins! There would need to be a cooldown so you couldn't abuse your poor quality choking items to rack up those chokins.
