- It's been almost a month now and each time I've emailed you your reply has
- been the same. It worries me that your response is always the same and you
- never have any new information or progress to report. I'm beginning to
- think that nothing is being done to resolve this. If you can give me any
- kind of details about what is happening and what is being done to fix it I
- would feel much better.

- Have you made any progress in resolving this issue? It seems to me that by
- now you should have returned my money even if the programming issues have
- not been resolved. I'm beginning to think I should try to publicize my
- case. It has been more than a month and a half since my
- money disappeared and I have yet to be given any indication that it will be
- returned. At the very least this is bad service. At the worst, it might be
- an indication of much larger problems at MtGox. Perhaps I should warn
- people that MtGox cannot be trusted with their money.
