	Event Management Staff: Allows the player to commission agents to devise and manage events to increase income and popularity. The more features you have in a tree, the more effective and lucrative your events are.

	Staff Quantity Increase: At the cost of a larger payroll, employ more staff to keep the Inn in tip top shape during the busiest seasons. Toggleable.

	Penthouse Suite: Adds a new and improved suite to the property with more amenities. Attracts high-profile patrons and raises popularity upon use. Fully unlocks Accommodations tree.

	Kitchen Expansion: Remodels the kitchen with workable features such as gas stoves and sinks. Attracts hungry patrons. Fully unlocks Cuisine tree
