>Its been six months since Twilight’s accident.

>You can't blame Celestia, its not her fault Twilight jumped right into the mirror.
>As you stroll on the dirt path, wind in your hair towards your meeting spot with Princess Twilight Sparkle.
>As you near the spot, you can already see Twilight arrived before you once again.
>Shes laying down petting her hair as if it was an animal.
>Getting closer you can hear her talking.
>”I'm a pretty pony, he will come back, he has to. He said he would...”
>Clenching your fists you take a seat.
>this gets her attention as she shoots her head up and looks at you
>”Brad?!”
“Anon,” you reply quickly.
>Her face says it all, shes completely forgotten about both of you.
>You lean back putting an arm around where shes laying as you look up in the sky.
>You think Rainbow dash flew over but your not sure with the sun beaming down on you.
>Twilight shifts around a bit but stays quiet, every once and a while she mumbles to her self.
>These little get togethers have been happening for almost 5 months.
>You enjoy her company, even if it does break your heart.

>But the get togethers, come to an end everyday.
>Always ending the same way, The sun begins to descend and you have work in the morning.
>Twilight mumbles something then says goodbye quickly without so much as looking at you.
>You never head straight home, you always visit one of her friends.
>Today was Rarity's turn.
>Reaching Rarity's place you let yourself in.
>You know shes home, even if she wasn't it doesn't matter.
>Entering the kitchen you find Rarity already sitting at the table with a pot of tea and some tasty looking pastry’s

>You decided you would visit her everyday for them, they tried to stop you but they couldn't

>Rarity gives you a small smile, its not much but she understands how hard it is for you.
>”How is she doing?”
>Hanging on the question for a bit, you really don't have to answer but you do anyway.
“Same as yesterday.”
>Rarity begins to speak, only for you to interrupt her.
“Same as a week ago.”

“Same as last month...” you trail off.
>Silence fills the room as you stare into your tea cup.
>”Anonymous, when was the last time you slept?”
“I-I think I slept last night” you stutter out.
>”Darling, you need to get some sleep, we're worried about Twilight but you have been doing this for months now.”
“But all of you are busy-”
>”Busy, yes darling.” She interrupts you this time

>You don't say anything as you continue looking into the tea
>”I talked with the girls, our busy season has passed, I'm all caught up on orders. Pinkie pie has an entire week coming up without birthday's and Applejack will be finishing up her biggest harvest soon.”
“What about Fluttershy? Or dash?”
>”They will make time darling. Why don't you go home and rest, weekend is coming up and I know you have the weekends off.”
“I don't know Rare,”
>She cuts you off walking around the table and throwing her hooves around you.
>”Anonymous” she whispers in your ear
>”Just the weekend, alright? You don't have to forget her, but just the weekend, For me?”
>You want to say no, you want to just say forget it, go home and wait for the sun to rise just to you can Twilight again...
>But bed sounds so good right now.
>You give Rarity a quick squeeze.
“Alright, just this weekend.”
>Rarity leans releases you, as she falls back to the floor she looks you the eyes.

>Arriving home you dump everything your carrying on the couch.

“A mini vacation huh...”

>It eventually led to visiting the library and checking out books.

>The species barrier was a rough one for you, Twilight looked past it by studying you.
>After a few visits you managed to grow a pair, and by grow a pair you checked a book out, got really drunk and wrote a love letter. Returning the book with said love letter inside, she still to this day hasn't showed you what you wrote.

>Celestia told you all about her little prank, it was simple and silly.

>You thought the prank would be fun, Twilight always giggled when you played a silly prank on her.
>You gave Celestia the okay, you were on board with it.
>As Celestia talked about it, a mirror to take anyone to another world, Twilight's eyes said everything she was excited.
>We thought she would at least try and dip her hoof in the mirror.
>No she instead decided a full blown run would be a great idea.
>You couldn't catch her in time, and Celestia couldn't grab her with her magic.
>Time slowed down as Twilight took a jump through the air aiming at the mirror.
>As shes about to collide with the mirror you spring forward in a cold sweat.
>Panting you look around, looking at the calender its Monday.
>Your weekend is over, you would be lying if you didn't enjoy it.
>Still worried about Twilight you get out of bed and begin getting ready for work.
>Shower.
>Check.
>Clothes.
>Check
>Bag.
>Check.
>With all of your things and some toast in your belly you set out to begin your route.
>You are a mail man...
>Most ponies who deliver the mail are Pegasus, but when you found a glaring problem with how they delivered mail you stepped right in and took over.
>The glaring problem was easy to fix.
>Pegasus don't have a route, they just pick up some mail and look for the pony.
>So landing the job was pretty easy when you said you could do it faster
>Thankfully you didn't put anyone out of a job.
>The day dragged on but it eventually ended.
>With some time to kill you decided why not walk by the bench and see if Twilight is there.

>A small check up.
>It wouldn't hurt.
>Couldn't hurt, not like your going to walk up and greet her.
>Liking your idea you take the path through the park towards the bench.
>With the sun beaming down on you make your way to the bench.
>As it comes into view you are able to make out Rarity is there with Twilight.
>Twilight pokes her head out from behind Rarity and looks at you.
>Squinting you think you can make a smile, and is she...
>Is she bouncing in excitement?
>Shes never bounced before.
>She even waves to you causing Rarity to turn in your direction.
>You don't get a good look at Rarity's face as she quickly gallops towards you.
>”No no no!” she screams “Darling you need to leave!”
>Confused you sit still as Rarity reaches you, clearly out of breath she keeps talking.
>”You need to leave, I told her you were-”
>Rarity is cut off as you watch Twilight bounce of Rarity's head and pounce onto you.
>”Brad!” Twilight cheers with joy as you hit the ground, you don't get a chance to speak as she plants a kiss on your lips.
