The Mail Truck had an industrial meat grinder/grater, which shredded the body with.
Gas pedal of the vehicle was pushed down with a cinderblock, assumed to be done after the victim was murdered.
Windshield was shattered. Assumption is this was done after the butchering of the victim, and the crash.

Orange threads were found on her body as well that could potentially match the murder of Taylor

A machine was stolen from the Marcus and Sons storefront, where his death was collateral.

Summary:
It seems this case was used to pin a triple possibly quadruple homicide charge on Mr. Adam Felinski the son of the Police Commissioner. However it wouldn’t be that hard to imagine that the framing on Felnski was to cut him loose, but for what purpose would they want him gone?
