- I always lead Crobat + Xerneas with Groudon and Gardevoir in the back, I have never brought Cresselia or Amoongus so replace those with whatever you think is good or helps you bluff a more favourable lead matchup.
- The goal is to get both gardevoir and xerneas on your side of the field with +2+2+2 stats and then fairy spam your way through the opponent's team, dazzling gleam + hyper voice will ohko a 252 hp groudon 100% of the time if set-up properly and therefore also pretty much everything else. Crobat is utility, p-don for pesky steel types and other p-don. Gardevoir's bulk is to survive a brave bird from talonflame I think, while with +2 speed it still outspeeds almost everything even with no investment (it speed ties the crobat on the team, so +natured 130's).
- Some additional notes:
- -turn order is really important when gardevoir and xerneas are on the field, watch out gardevoir doesn't psych up before xerneas geomancy's (i.e. tracing prankster) and don't psych up if your +2 xerneas is probably gonna die before gardevoir's can execute the move because then you'll psych up into the void.
- -While trick room is often managable due to bulk/single target attack predictions this team gets owned by precipice blades primal groudon under trick room.
- http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/vgc2016-327886189 here's a replay of a succesful set-up (even though no tailwind).
