- Peerage of Tamriel-Beneath Baron levels are unknown numbers of elected mayors and lordships for the individual towns and cities
- outside of the capital of said barony. This list is far from complete and pulls in a lot of headcanon,
- drawing stuff from personal headcanon, eso, arena, daggerfall, morrowind, oblivion, skyrim, province:cyrodiil,
- and elder kings. Certain entries on this list likely have more baronies than listed- Skyrim, for example.
- Even with a game not many places of civilization that would need dividing up were there. Could be they didn't
- show them, or it could be that this list isn't inaccurate on that part and skyrim is mostly empty.
- Emperor of Tamriel- pretty obvious
- Province of High Rock- The Provincial Governor is an individual elected by the petty kings from amongst themselves to
- serve as a (mostly) useless regional governor. Main job is to just keep things from completely falling apart for Cyrod.
- Pre-Warp high rock arranged into equally ranked (though unequally powered) petty kingdoms and duchies. Post warp just
- petty kingdoms.

- Province of Skyrim-The Provincial Governor of Skyrim is the High King of Skyrim, a position that is for the most part
- inherited, not on terms of age but by a moot of jarls and thanes where they select from the available
- heirs and pick the one that they believe has the skill and mindset to serve as High King. The High King
- historically was the ruler of Skyrim when it was united, though during some periods of the interregnum
- there were times where there were as many as three individuals claiming to be the High King of Skyrim
- located in different corners of the icy land. When Tiber pulled Skyrim under his domain the High King
- mysteriously dissapeared with no heirs old enough to rule, a situation Tiber graciously prevented from
- falling into disaster by appointing colovians to temporarily serve as non-royal governors. (Spoiler
- alert, tiber had the high king and potential heirs secretly killed.) Later into the third era the
- position was revived and given Governor status.
