i didn't care about any of the characters, and they did extremely stupid shit, like taking gas masks off, staying near the ALIEN SNAKE and trying to touch it, there was no explanation for the robot to pick up the goo and infect the doctor, etc. i can understand david not telling people some things to ensure the safety/success of the old dude, but yeah... a lot of really stupid actions.
