[OVERVIEW]

Scrafty stands out as the best Dragon Dance sweeper in RarelyUsed thanks to its combination bulk, STAB moves and overall versatility when it comes to coverage moves, items, and abilities. Its diverse movepool allows it to customize its sets to be able to beat a myriad of supposed checks, while its item and ability let Scrafty fare better against certain team styles. Scrafty's biggest drawback is its base 58 speed, which means it is still outsped by every relevant Choice Scarf user in the tier even after using Dragon Dance once. Some other notable flaws include its lack of unboosted power and its Dark / Fighting which, although allows it to check Dark types, leaves Scrafty susceptible to Fighting and Fairy type attacks.

Mention Scrafty's ability to check Psychic-types too. And also give examples of what it checks. I think its also worth stating that most Psychic-types it checks have a way to deal with it (Dazzling Gleam meloetta, Sigi, etc.)

Dragon Dance raises Scrafty's Attack and Speed by one stage, allowing it to become a powerful sweeper if left unchecked. High Jump Kick is the main STAB attack, due to its high 130 base power. Knock Off is the secondary STAB attack which hits Ghost and Psychic types who might think of switching in to High Jump Kick. Iron Head is used to hit Fairy-types super effectively. Alternatively, Head Smash can be used to hit Flying-Types for super effective damage instead, while also dealing almost as much damage as Iron Head against Fairy types. Drain Punch, although weaker than High Jump Kick, has the added bonus of healing Scrafty by 50% of total damage dealt, giving it a method of recovery if desired.

Maximum investment in Attack and Speed is chosen allowing Scrafty to be as fast and hit as hard as possible. A Jolly nature allows Scrafty to outspeed some of its checks such as Virizion and Durant after it uses Dragon Dance once, while an Adamant nature is still slower than base 100 Speed Pokemon after a boost. Moxie raises Scrafty's attack every time it KOs a pokemon, which can be benefitial for sweeping. Intimidate may be used to mitigate the damage Scrafty receives from switching it to a physical attack, such as avoiding the 2HKO from Choice Scarf Flygon's Outrage. Alternatively, Shed Skin gives Scrafty a 33% chance to heal itself from status allowing it to forgo Lum Berry and manage against more passive, status-dependent answers to it such as Alomomola and Amoonguss. A Lum Berry is chosen so Scrafty can heal itself from status once, giving it a free opportunity to set up or go for an attack against status users. If Scrafty is using Shed Skin, a Life Orb can be used to boost Scrafty's attack power. Leftovers can be run in conjunction with Substitute in order to avoid status ailments. Coba, Roseli, and Chople Berry are also viable as they allow Scrafty to take reduced damage from one super effective attack, allowing it to deal with Pokemon that are supposed to check itt such as Fletchinder with Coba, Aromatisse and Togetic with Roseli, and Fighting-types lacking priority with Chople.
33
34
Mention how Moxie can ease setup for Scrafty as it may not need to boost again when it picks a kill against a mon that it usually cannot OHKO.

Usage Tips

========
39
40
Scrafty should take advantage of its high base defenses in order to set up on Pokemon that cannot damage it consistently. A safe way to bring Scrafty in is by using a slow U-turn or Volt Switch, as its typing tends to force out Pokemon with an unfavorable match up against it. Unless Scrafty uses Shed Skin, it should be careful of status as burn and paralysis can shut it down.
41
42
Mention how even with Scrafty at +1, it is still susceptible to revenge killers. Mention Scrafty's early-game value which is the ability to freely click Knock Off from the likes of Togetic or to cripple the opponent's team in general to be able to potentially beat it late-game when it attempts to sweeps. Mention when are Scrafty's most ideal way to setup (on Bronzong, Jellicent, Sneasel, etc.)

Entry hazard support such as Stealth Rock from Steelix, Rhyperior, and Seismitoad and Spikes from Qwilfish an Accelgor is helpful as it can weaken Scrafty's checks and counters, making them much easier to handle. Uxie receives a special mention as it provides Stealth Rock and Thunder Wave support, while also being able to pivot into Scrafty thanks to U-turn. Psychic-types such as Delphox, Meloetta and Sigilyph are great teammates overall, as they can beat Fighting- and Poison-types that Scrafty struggles with while Scrafty can handle Dark-types to an extent. Pokemon that deal with Fairy-types such as Steelix, Durant, and Amoonguss, and are greatly appreciated. Venomoth has a favorable matchup against most defensive Pokemon that wall Scrafty, such as Fairy-types, Venomoth, and Amoonguss. Reword this as it looks really weird but i guess thats GP's problem ;)
48
Partners that deal with Fletchinder, which easily revenge kills Scrafty, such as Rhyperior, Omastar and Eelektross are helpful as well.
49
50
Mention partners that deals with physically fatter mons that Scrafty can't really break (think Quagsire, Tangrowth, Alomomola at +1) as they may cripple Scrafty with a burn or OHKO it outright before Scrafty can KO them.

High Jump Kick is the main STAB attack, due to its huge 130 base power. It should be used carefully as in the case it misses, Scrafty will lose 50% of its total health. Knock Off is the secondary STAB attack which hits Ghost and Psychic types who might think of switching in to High Jump Kick.
68
Drain Punch although weaker than High Jump Kick, has the added bonus of healing Scrafty by 50% of total damage dealt, giving it a method of recovery if needed.
69
Mention Sleep Talk as an option over Drain Punch to have a better handle on Amoonguss and Venomoth
70
Poison Jab is used to hit Fairy-Types while also having a chance of poison. Head Smash can be used instead to pressure Flying-type switch-ins such as Fletchinder and Togetic, while also dealing as much damage as poison jab to fairy types.

An Adamant narure and max investment on Attack EVs allows Scrafty to hit as hard as possible. The EVs in Speed allow it to outspeed defensive Hitmontop, while also managing to outspeed Alomomola and 44 Speed Jellicent The remaining EVs are put on HP for added bulk. Intimidate is the chosen ability as it helps mitigate the damage Scrafty receives from switching in to a physical attack such as avoiding the 2HKO from Choice Scarf Flygon's Outrage. A Choice Band is used in order to increase Scrafty's overall power, while locking it into one move.

I don't think you can mention outspeeding 44 speed Jelli cuz its speed creep which is not allowed. Correct me if i'm wrong. Mention Moxie as an alternate ability to give Scrafty even more fearsome power when it picks off a mon but also state why Intimidate has merits over it.

Usage Tips
81
========
82
83
Seeing as it functions as a wallbreaker, Scrafty should used early- to mid-game to dent the opponent's team as much as possible. It is also advisable to send Scrafty out against physical attackers that lack an attack that hits it super effectively or are Choice locked jnto a move that hits Scrafty for neutral damage. High Jump Kick is your go-to attack, due to the fact that it does a lot of damage to Pokemon that do not resist it. Knock off is an option in the case you predict a switch-in to a Pokemon that resists High Jump Kick. Since it is slow, it would be optimal to bring Scrafty in with a slow U-turn, Volt Switch, or Baton Pass from pokemon such as Uxie, Eelektross, and Togetic.
84

Give examples of what it switches into such as Tyrantrum locked into Head Smash.

Entry hazard support such as Stealth Rock from Steelix, Rhyperior, and Seismitoad and Spikes from Qwilfish an Accelgor is helpful as it wears down the Pokemon Scrafty is supposed to tear through. Speed control in the form of paralysis from Uxie and Druddigon, who also manage to provide Stealth Rock, and Sticky Web from Kricketune are very appreciated, I really do not like adding Stick Web setters as partners as its hardly a viable playstyle and is mostly matchup reliant. as Scrafty is rather slow on its own. Setup sweepers such as Virizion, Meloetta, Tyrantrum, and Houndoom appreciate Scrafty's wallbreaking capabilities seeing as it also handles physical attackers these Pokemon struggle with. Partners that deal with Fletchinder, which easily revenge kills Scrafty, such as Rhyperior, Omastar and Eelektross are helpful as well.
91
92
I'm not really a fan of the last point here seeing as you kinda just c'ped from partners on the DD set so either remove it or add another section of partners. Mention late-game sweepers that benefit from Scrafty's wallbreaking to pave a way for them to sweep.

An Assault Vest in conjunction with Power-up Punch can be used to increase Scrafty's already high Special Defense while giving it a method to increase with attack, but it misses out on the more convenient Attack boosts provided by Dragon Dance and Choice Band while also having a very unfavorable matchup against offensive teams. Bulk Up can be used as a more defensive means of setup, but the lack of Speed means Scrafty will have a harder time dealing with more offensive threats. Iron Tail can be used over Iron Head or Poison Jab for higher damage against Fairy-types, although it becomes unreliable with 75% accuracy. Ice Punch and Thunder Punch can be options for coverage against Flying-types and, in the case of the former, bulky Grass-typed and Flygon.

**Revenge Killers**: Due to Scrafty having a rather low 58 base Speed, powerful Choice Scarf users carrying super effective moves, such as Delphox, Tyrantrum, Durant and Emboar can easily OHKO Scrafty once given a free switch. Keep in mind that this can be avoided when using a resist berry.

Mention Fletchinder here and also Mach Punch users that can pick off a weakened Scrafty.

Mach Punch and Fletchinder's Acrobatics easily KO Scrafty once it has been slightly weakened. Keep in mind that this can be avoided when using a resist berry.
108
109
**Fighting-types**: Faster Fighting-types such as Medicham, Virizion, Emboar and Hitmonlee can switch in to Knock Off and OHKO Scrafty with STAB moves of their own. Hitmontop can switch in to Scrafty while also reducing its Attack by 1 stage, thanks to Intimidate; it can then proceed to heavily damage Scrafty with Close Combat. Gurdurr can tank one High Jump Kick and retaliate with Drain Punch, or finish Scrafty off with Mach Punch, in the case it is weak enough.
